I think it more likely that the provisional year-end figures will further crater the share price, what else would explain the length of the delay? We still haven't had payment for Appledore confirmed; there has been no notification of the admission of new shares and no communication as to an extension of payment terms. I can only conclude, therefore, that we are in default.
Let's not even think about paying off the leg-breakers in a few short weeks...

I couldn't agree more about the gas storage, however I think we should be extremely concerned about the fluff and guff, as it is being thrown out as a diversion from the impending failure of the company as a whole.

They could have at least pretended to try to differentiate between the "job roles" by editing the cut-and-paste.

I stated at the time of the announcement of the Saipem contract that HARL would need to have bulletproof payment terms in place, as I know of at least one company that was bankrupted after non-payment by our Italian chums.

I couldn't agree more. February must be make-or-break. I wrote in April last year that JW would be gone in a year and it was touch-and-go whether the company would be gone with him.

Remember also that they have to pay off the leg-breakers next month; I suppose that debt could be rolled, if anyone daft enough to do so could be found, but the terms would be stratospheric.

I too believe that they cannot look for another raise, it would surely fail at the current price level.

I can't imagine any private entity offering a contract of material value to a company in such a parlous financial state, run by a confirmed phoenix and shyster. I have always maintained that public money is the only chance of survival, but would politicians put money in the hands of individuals who pay themselves seven-figure sums?

Selling Islandmagee seems to me the only way to generate cash.
