Valju - so you only comment positives. I’m post negatives and positives, I admit a lot more negatives but who wouldn’t when watching a share price decline from £12 to £3.30. Would it help if I say the share price will be £54 in a few months, that’s right people fill your boots, top up.
Seriously, here’s my positive, I think this share price was driven down by the help of ODDO BHF and blackrock etc. Why, because maybe just maybe there is a takeover coming. Why, well open investegate.co.uk , in word search type ODDO, then look at the share price of all those shares that got bought out. Dragged down massively and then watch them spike up. I’m hoping if the dispute
is successful, then we will see someone showing their cards. ODDO specialise in taking down companies for low
Ball offers. I don’t see this going down much more, it seems to have reached a bottom. Volume is and mainly bots buying and selling shares. So no one is selling. But then no one is buying either. It’s a stalemate. What I don’t like is that ODDO were brought in to do that very job and in my opinion, GM authorised this for some reason. Why, who knows but evidently it helps the takeovers happen fast as has happened in all those other examples you will find in your search.

So translated Porky, you have put me in the bin because all of it rings true. Why can’t you prove your holding, I did it on Twitter a while back and even the rampers can vouch for that, way before you created your dodgy promotion account on Twitter and LSE. Keep saying it Porky of it makes you feel better or helps you make out that I am shorting so that no one trusts a word I say. How can I be a known shorter, that makes no sense and didn’t IG put stop to most shorters by removing NCYT hedging? If I’m a shorter I’d be like diamond horse who drifts in and out of different tickers spouting placing due etc. The fact is that rampers are worse than shorters. You are a ramper, persuading people to buy high and effectively get locked in. Long term holder, you are a paid promoter, very much like that James on BLOE that continually ramps from 17p down to 1p. Derampers just persuade people not to buy and so those that don’t buy just risk losing a potential profit. So evidently a ramper is worse. Also if I’m a deramper, than I need to be signed ip by the big hedge funds as I’ve single handed forced a share to go from £12 to £3.26. I must be bloody good at it, thanks for the praise Porky Pie. Alternatively, I’m a long term holder which is someone who bought in at the wrong price.

Your comment is the very reason why these bbs are a waste of time. Anyone tries to post neutral or questions company decisions they immediately get accused of shorting the company or being paid to deramp. If that’s the case, why did I defend the company against Martin Van Buren who did attack the company to make financial gain for his own company and his stocks in related shares such as EKF. I don’t have other Covid shares, I wouldn’t invest in GDR, AVCT, ODX, HEMO, ABDX etc. If I didn’t hold here, I would buy any Covid related stock. I do think NCYT are the best of the bunch though which is the only reason I continue to hold. Doesn’t mean I have to be happy with a 70% drop though from highs. The ones who are happy holding are those that bought in much lower or are promoting the company and not really invested.

What is your opinion today…to BUY/SELL/HOLD?

HOLD I would say but I have held all the way from £12 down so what do I know (I’m not a trader, the traders are those that show screenshots from HL with their buys which shows the smallest commission price (£5.95) whilst mine is that of the highest commission price-£11.95 or something ).

What is your predicted SP come end of 2021?
I have no idea until the dispute is sorted out. Also no one knows what will happen with testing (they might think they do but it’s a guess by them). Nova were nearly finished before the pandemic started so hopefully with a huge cash pile they have other options available in other key areas of the market. Otherwise why would the sp stay at this level, it needs concrete news on strategy going forward and long term. I would say we are at the bottom of the channel at present so I would hope the sp rises but depends on what happens tomorrow and if we get dragged into a new range.

Porky - every tweet you write gets less and less likes. All you do is post ‘bought some more shares’, company amazing, £54 a share. Tell you what, you leave this bb and I will too. Deal? Andyrp…….I’ve been in this share since February 2020. I know all the names on Twitter and read all the comments. My Twitter account is what I use, I don’t see the issue with that. I don’t use lse. It’s broken most of the time. The only reason I posted today is because GM has left.

All those that I mentioned as rampers made up rumours which all turned out to be untrue. Read novacytinsider, loads of silly rumours in there that never happened. Tay is the worst, silly long threads with nothing but Uber positive statements designed to draw in innocent new investors so that they can make a quick 5-10% on a rumour only to sell high and buy back again lower. What about his £25 per share prediction end of 2020. He even showed off in a reply to me stating that he could personally make the share price move on something he says. This was on a Twitter handle and website created in October for goodness sake. It’s obvious he/she is paid to promote the stock yet everyone takes every word as gospel. They have private chat rooms, organised ramping to raise liquidity, just read the comments and those liking (most account created Oct 2020), Multiple IDs. Then Porky comes along on Twitter and on here (probably from Tays crew) with more silly rumours and £54 sp target. The derampers are the same such as diamond horse, Maduser Chartist, Borg etc. I am always positive on good RNS news (the lft news I thought was good at the time but product delayed). I can tell when someone is a ramper, deramper or telling the truth, but up to individuals to make that decision on each account as it comes.

Thanks sk, I like reading your posts. As I said on Twitter, I’m unsure how to read the ‘employment date’ and if that’s the date GM was employed when bonus is valid by or being employed when it is actually paid. I will need to read it again in detail but it surely it would make no sense that GM leaves a month before being paid the second tranch. why not receive it and give it all to charity or his bank rather than leave it in the company to shareholders who arnt that happy with him?

@wilson63 my comments may go against the grain but I detest ramping, I think it does more harm than good. I wouldn’t say I deramp either, I am speaking my mind, that is all. I used to post on here all the time under a previous handle (fastmoney) which I had deleted as got tired of the ramping and bickering and the lse site hardly ever working, hence the new handle I created to comment on GM as Twitter is a little restricted with word count. However, I’m unlikely to post on here (you will be pleased to know!) but I have a read of the comments now and again to gauge thoughts on major RNSs such as today’s. Tomorrow’s RNS on 6 months I doubt will be much so won’t be commenting. I am genuinely invested here (which no one believes) but as an investor, I feel very let down to date with Nova, I hope that will change in the future.

I’ve always spoken out and told the truth. Most don’t like it to hear it so they block me (which doesn’t matter to me). I spoke out about contract issues, GM, his bonus, poor comms, strategy, over zealous revenue predictions and I was right on all of it. And that was back in November. Or alternatively choose to believe rampers such 4g, Tay, stevo, forms, Rik, hassards, Harry Norrie, Iamamad77 etc talking about mushrooms.
Why would I now choose to lie about receiving an email confirming to me that the half year report was due end of month. I didn’t know which date but tomorrow is the last trading day of the month, is it not?

I have personally had it confirmed that the half year results will be published end of month, which now is guaranteed to be tomorrow. We know the figures for 5 months but why the peculiar timing of GM informing the market of his retirement a day before results? Fridays aren’t normally best for RNSs but maybe we might get something good but I won’t hold my breath. Why people saying why has he not gone straight away is obvious. Read the original Admission to trading on AIM which gives the details of the LTIP plan. He is leaving the earliest date possible to ensure he gets the next two years of bonuses; the next one is due in 3 months.

Lol everyone reporting each of my posts for telling the truth. The 18th October was chosen by GM so that he can get all three years of his LTIP based on the original AIM listing of the same date.

Why would he go today? The 18th October is based on the original admission to trading on aim and what the LTIP is built on. It ensures he gets the next two years of LTIP bonuses.
