@EXMEX……GM worked at the company for 13 years (including Lab21). You really think he worked all those years for the company and then decides to leave 12 months prior to receiving the full payout of the LTIP scheme? Do me a favour. I’d be amazed if there is no agreement on the full payout of the LTIP. He certainly wouldn’t of worried about shareholders giving him grief for another 12 months. He went 5 years of the share price declining from 2014 and didn’t care about shareholders during that period!

@EXMEX…..he received 1/3rd of the £8.2m plus another £0.6m in bonus, salary and pension for 2020. Who knows what has been agreed for the other 2/3rds but I doubt very much he gave it all up. Certainly another third is due in October. Why would he give that up. Probably his holiday period means he gets that anyway as takes him to the date. The final third, we will have to see. I’m sure there are some great offsets of tax for the charity payment.

The sooner they start getting ‘NO’ votes, perhaps the quicker they bring out some positive news or start taking private shareholders seriously. Why leave your vote until late and leave limited time for the board to communicate positive information?

However, I am a realist and all resolutions will probably get voted for and GM will then have a few weeks before riding off into the sunset with close to £10m without a single thought for the PIs he has left behind.

@Bluelight you have done nothing but ***** and whine about people being negative and in fact you called me a swing trader for being negative about the board and asking valid questions.

Guess what, now you see the light (maybe bluelight) and all a sudden when it suits you, the board have failed and they shouldn’t get your vote. Now everyone should listen to you, right? @butcher…..I made no negative slant. . Why is everything anyone says have to be negative?

I’ve not mentioned anything today or over the weekend but I guess I am to blame for the 6.5% drop we currently are seeing? Please also list out the 40 disputes as it would interesting to see where you are collecting this data from as I’ve not seen any list published by DHSC. How could you possibly know that. Also how many suppliers do DHSC have? As of Jan 2020 to April 2021, there were 1,442 that had invoiced, I suspect that list is now much higher.

@Wilson. We don’t have enough information to say where the blame lays with reference to the dispute. We can’t point fingers at Novacyt or DHSC. In general, the number of disputes with suppliers and DHSC is tiny in comparison with the number of suppliers DHSC have. If it was DHSC issue, surely we would see a lot more diagnostic and PPE suppliers with disputes and unpaid bills? I hope the DHSC are at fault but we wait to see.

For anyone looking for info on AGM, please find link below. This is a comparison of the last 4 years of resolutions taken from the Novacyt website for investors. It maybe helpful for some and I have tried to align the resolutions as best as possible. I assume file dropper is a safe site but please check before using (first time I’ve used). I’ve included a screen shot but it is clearer through file dropper. If there is an easier way to anonymously share data, please let me know!

@kitzie FT says they have done 18% of all sequencing globally. What do you mean they can’t do it to scale? What I’m more interested in is how much Novacyt have done globally and where they sit in the league.

The 12 points from Porkies post have also been done to death. I assume we won’t have any more discussion on those items now either? You can’t have it both ways.

It’s a bulletin board so without discussion it is pointless. all topics should be discussed and repeated as new investors come in. However, a bb is more likely to be trusted as a source of data if investors see both positive and negative points being discussed and debated. I’m not sure we can say that the DHSC could be peanuts. Do you know what the maximum exposure is?

Wilson- totally agree with you. However, we don’t know what the dispute is about. We know it is based on the second contract and that so far that is on £129m revs. We know the government have already paid Novacyt some of these monies. So we can’t accurately say DHSC are using the products without paying for it. Have DHSC paid too much or too little?

@Butchersbike…..so someone lists out a load of positives (which are already common knowledge) which I assume you are ok with, yet one comment on the dispute which is also very well known can not be discussed as deemed scaremongering? That’s your prerogative if you only want potential investors to know all the positives but that doesn’t sit well with me. It’s just a boiler you want by the sounds of it. This is the perfect time to discuss the negatives, the share price certainly won’t be affected as its already very low and unlikely to fall much further. Institutions/funds are waiting on the dispute before making a move to invest. Also might be why the shorts closed. Everyone’s waiting to hear which direction it goes and hopefully the timing of the bulls and bears means that we arnt too far away. No one knows though.

The problem is, is there is a contract dispute relating to revenues totalling £129,124,000. Who knows what the final amount will be (if anything) and when the dispute will be resolved. That needs to disappear first.

I must have misunderstood Wilson. I thought it was an article on statistics from last year comparing Covid and flu, prior to any vaccine being made available, meaning those stats are pretty much pointless now as a comparison.
