I do hope he turns the sp around but on paper, I’m still not sure on the chosen candidate. Hopefully I am proven wrong. I also hope this stock moves off AIM.

Porky, I believe it is you who owes me an apology. I have consistently denied being a trader, swing trader, troll or deramper or whatever you want to call me. You have bullied me to the point in which I have had no option but to disclose my personal isa and SIPPs accounts information from HL which now prove that you were wrong on every account you used to discredit me. You now cannot even argue the case any more.

You however are a trader, swing trader until otherwise proven. Until then, you will receive no apology. Why are you still replying to an account that 6 times you have said you will block. Please do so.

What I will agree with you on, is that the bioinformatics, R&T, R&D, IT-IS is fantastic. The comms has always been an issue as I have stated many times on Twitter. The leadership has failed to sell that story to the investor and decided to retire on £10m plus whatever else he will get as a payoff and leave LTHs holding the baby.

I agree Kaeren. People like Richken is a blatant ramper and there are similarities between this share and one that he and I used to be in (a vanadium stock). That stock was like a boiler room. In fact I used to tell others to buy that share thinking to myself that nothing could go wrong. That share later fell from 50p back down below 20p. I will never tell anyone to buy any share because anything overnight could cost someone a lot of money as LTH have found here. I don’t tell anyone to sell either but I do question rampers and derampers such as diamond horse.

I joined LSE in 2010 originally with one username ‘fastmoney’. I asked to have that account shut sometime last year when I had had enough of the LSE site going down and the endless arguments. I was also a paid member so obviously made a point of leaving after all the downtime and level 2 never working.

I would never ever say anything negative as I suspected I would get attacked as I saw with others on certain stocks and personally I thought it would damage my investment. :-). I also thought derampers (querying rampers rumours) were the bad guys and that the rampers were the good guys. The truth, is that it is the exact opposite. Rampers lose you money as some may invest based on a load of rumours. Derampers just stop you investing and possibly losing out on a big win. I joined LSE again as Twitter is difficult to debate and you just get cut out of the conversation and blocked. I consistently asked about contracts etc back in October 2020 and Tay, Rain, Gggg etc all the guys who believed them made a point of telling everyone to block me etc. However, all those original guys who blocked me and were singing the praises of the rampers now take a different stance and are equally frustrated. They just took longer to see the bigger picture. On BBs, if you want a conversation most will respond, hence I set up my second account since 2010.

I desperately want to see this stock succeed but I’m not going to be that guy who just hopes everything will be fine because a ramper said so and made up some fluffy story. This bb needs to debate both sides, negatives and positives. Ignore genuine trolls and rampers posting their buys or one liners such as placing coming. Porky actually has some good info, but needs to tone down on the personal posts of his buys and blatant ramps on non credible rumours. Who remembers the marshmallow rumours and all those that ramped that over the weekend. It’s the same gang of people, occasionally changing their id. What happened to vision on Twitter….oh newforms came along.

Covid - obviously my tweet earlier proves that I am a holder as shows at least two purchases in October 2020 via my ISA and SIPPs accounts which up until the current date, show no sales or further purchases for that matter. The exact number I hold also does not matter. Perhaps I hold a lot more than Porky, who knows. So I have held all the way up to £12 and back down again. Fact and evidenced.

Let’s tackle the next bit about positivity. Why on earth would anyone invested in a stock be positive about 65% being wiped off on paper in only 6 months. Anyone buying in the £3-£5 range will obviously be not as frustrated in this share as someone who held at a previous £12 share price. Why should I be happy to keep holding throughout only for traders to come along, keep creating mini spikes and stop any real value creation in the share price. You can the traders, they are the ones getting excited over 3% intraday price movements. I won’t be happy here at anything below £12. Why would I? I need the dispute sorted out, and some real sustained sentiment returning on proper news flow that drives volume and share price.

If you don’t understand it still, then ask and I will gladly explain as you seem to be having some difficulty. It’s a HL account, there is no way to falsify it. You have previously shown screenshots of your own HL buys (if they are yours) so you must know the you can not fiddle it. Anytime you want me to take another photo with the updated information, please let me know. Only to happy to prove you wrong time and time again with your silly trader accusations to take the heat away from what you really are.

Now, after telling me 5 times you will block me, you still haven’t done so. What is the problem? Do you need some help with this, it’s quite simple to do.

Yesterday I posted a screenshot of a limit sell order at £3.98. It didn’t go through as I put a value on which I knew wouldn’t be reached. Why? Because I’m sick and tired of you posting your buys to create a mini spike as it did yesterday. You really are underestimating PIs here, no one is that stupid.

It’s the normal thing with you. You post a load of fluff at 4am, create some rumours knowing that a mini spike is very easy to achieve in days of low volume and when within the current band price range to give you a 3-5% profit. You then proceed to boast of your £20k 5,238 share purchase. However you then sell 5,000 shares later in the day (See yesterday’s trades that suspiciously look like it could be yours). Low and behold, you edge the price down again and rinse and repeat, trapping new share owners in the process.

You are now picking a fight to suit your next trade. Get the price down by inadvertently creating smoke and mirrors in the form of a quick spat, destroy any sentiment which you know is low, and do this across various platforms. That’s how you work. I suspect you actually work for someone with lots and lots of money (someone like Rick) and you probably earn a commission from your posts to create those swings. No one would be that dumb to post on here day and night with the amount of money you make out to have. Most of the other traders on here are only to happy to play along and also make a few percent.

It’s probably a very lucrative way to earn money and much better than my failings as a long term holder. Thanks for opening my eyes though, I may just join you one day. I will certainly make sure I tell you though of each and every sell buy I make.

It would make no sense to do a share buy back.
1) they don’t know what cash is available until dispute finished so it would be very risky and not a wise decision.
2) normally blue chip companies do buybacks, very rarely on AIM (the whole point of aim is to raise money to expand)
3) buybacks are normally undertaken by companies that don’t want to sit on cash. Usually they don’t have further opportunities for growth.
4) the new ceo wouldn’t be too happy if he joined with no funds to grow the business.

None of the above would make sense for Novacyt. Neither would a dividend payment also for the above points.

@Brent, 8 x this year, volume ended under 200k. 4,7,8 June, 9,21,28 July, 2,4 August. You would need to go back to January 2020 when it was below 200k a day. The share price was a lot lower back then though. Summer is usually low volume months so hopefully a more sustainable volume is created in future months. However, We are only 3.5 hours into the trading day.

I’m just proving a point that people who question the company aren’t necessarily trying to get a lower buy in price. Of course those people do exist. I’ve been holding throughout and my earlier tweet proves that point. Now it’s in my tweet, it’s easy to shut people up with their accusations, just as my post did earlier.

It’s very obvious that most on here are traders. I’m fine with that, just don’t bulls*** PIs by creating a mini spike on low volume based on fiction. It’s called market manipulation and it’s illegal and completely immoral amd just shows what kind of person they are in real life. They are selfish and out just for themselves and will tread on anyone that gets in the way, even in a pandemic where people are holding onto the hope that their original investment might return. Hopefully karma gets them back.

There is little point in sitting on the shoulders of rampers and agreeing with them, the rises are not sustainable and just damage the investment case further. No PIs will invest when people like Porky are continuously putting out false hope for their own gain. I continue to be invested here as I do agree that the company is well undervalued and in hindsight, I had no idea it would drop this low. In my opinion, we stay around this level until the dispute completes. No one knows when this will be. Some of them take years to complete so anyone saying otherwise is telling porkies. Any other news will be sold into, be that home use LFTs or whatever.

You are the trader and the biggest one is Porky9 who stuffed you all again with his prediction and buy yesterday in order to catch people on a mini spike so that he could make a quick £500…..which he sold later in the afternoon. Now to stop the complete idiots from accusing me of something that I am not….see proof below. Good luck trying to claim that as false. Over to you Bluelight, Porky, Wilson etch. @Porky ….you can’t help yourself with your lies. More and more rubbish. I asked you to prove your holdings and you won’t. I can still prove that I have sold any shares (or any stocks for that fact) since October 2020. Now if you are unwilling to prove that (you don’t have to show numbers) then I don’t believe a word you say and you are a trader. Anyone with a brain knows that. The exchanges you have with other Twitter members such as Tay and Rainclooud are unproven. The fact is they both did not like your behaviour on this forum. You turned up on the 26th October 2020 and within 3 days you had taken over the board, much to everyone’s disgust. You drove Shaun P out as you wanted everyone to only listen to you. The comments can be read very easily by anyone with an account on the bb. Your predictions are constantly wrong and you attack anyone who wants to ask a genuine question. 4 times you have said you will block me. Porky9.....Can you bring up that story of how you once bought 300,000 shares in ASOS at 5p and sold them at 15p before they went on up to their colossal rise to 8000p....that should inspire some to dream. Not sure I would listen to anyone with that historic failure. You could have been sat on £2.4bn at one point.....true story that. im sorry to say that historically, these predictions have been awful.

So let’s say you have been buying consistently up and down from £12, supporting the company and buying because this “is only going one way”. Well it hasn’t, its lost 65% since end of January 2021.

So my question is, why would I or anyone listen to one word that you have to say when you have been apparently so incorrect on your many previous predictions?
