It’s funny you mention the DHSC landing any second, I did say earlier that the traders use that as FOMO to scare people into not trading the muni spikes. I’m not name calling but you can’t call people self opinionated when it’s the very essence of the character you have built on here since October 2020. Nor can you accuse people of attacking you. That is the very thing that you and your fellow rampers do. You act as a group to bully people out of have any option. Then you all attack that person as a group (as you have all just done to me with the name calling) in the hope that you can keep your trading going. You keep trying to paint a picture of myself and other like minded individuals in the hope that it will discredit any thoughts that they may have. People will naturally ask probing questions, positive & negative, you can not silence everyone.

I had hoped to add more informative information here like I recently did on the Covid range from an analysis point of view using actual data (rather than rumours) and presenting a picture of the novacyt business rather than folk having to read tons of information and data or looking at confusing data sources.
I have already documented the entire novacyt products by company within the novacyt group and cross referenced by type and by cases (where info available) and factoring growth based on real life in order to build a picture of what the business could be without Covid. My thoughts were to give some analysis to help others in a graphical output to understand the whole company and product lines available as the individual websites and multiple data sources are not clear in my opinion and convoluted. But then what is the point of publishing this for an arrogant bunch who are just trying to ride the Covid wave, trade on rumours and TA and not look beyond the current short term picture.

Grow up Urraca. Either debate and come up with an argument to what I have written or don’t read my posts. I’ve already said many times I don’t trade. I’ve just said today that I will likely start trading to lower my average. I certainly won’t be posting one line comments hoping to bring the price down on a bb. I’m sure you will use this very post in the future to back up the trader theory of any slightly negative posts or me questioning rampers.

They don’t know what money they have until the dispute has been resolved. Hence there will be no dividend (as the company have announced) and any acquisition will need to be from cash that cannot be refunded to DHSC if the worse happens. They still need money to run the business and have a high number of people on the payroll. So any acquisition I would expect to be on hold unless it’s low lost such as IT-IS

Since ODDO and the shorts knew about the dispute it’s likely funds and institutions would know about a resolution. Therefore, you would see them buying in already. Also, since the resolution of the dispute would have a material impact on the business, they legally have to RNS it. They don’t get to wait for the AGM or plan it to happen with the AGM. It doesn’t work like that.

That dispute tweet is 20 days for them to work out how to answer the FOI itself, not 20 days for the resolution of the dispute itself. That’s how I read it but happy to be corrected.

Valju…..absolutely this is being traded. And those trading are using FOMO tactics to try and stop people competing against them. For example, dispute resolution could drop anytime or they will let it go when the PIs are out. What absolute rubbish the rampers are spouting. The mms make money on volume and spread. They don’t care who owns the shares be it PIs, funds or institutions or ATs increasing the volume where possible. I don’t see what else could possibly raise the share price. The dispute could take years, the new CEO will need months to bed in depending on AGM, so we wait for the January sales figures which is a long way off. There will be no contracts as it all seems to be smaller private sales driving the business. American news on that side of the business is years off in the making. There doesn’t appear to be anything that will sustain a rise in share price. All RNSs are sold into. There’s no ii buying either. I’ve not sold any shares and stupidly held throughout. So I will start lowering my average. Selling and hopefully buying lower each time. A risk in some major news landing but unlikely. If it does, so be it, thousands of shares out there. Absolutely no point in investing on AIM, no wonder why everyone trades for a few percent.

All these new Covid cases approaching previous global highs, huge number of deaths still, variants of concern, issues with vaccines waning, contamination. In the Uk, 37k Covid cases yesterday, return to schools. This company putting out some good updates in half year report last month. £700m wiped off the MCAP due to worse case of £80m dispute. Shorts closed. Blackrock and the other scavengers out. New CEO after GM leaving with £10m bonus people wanted. Comms getting better. AGM I would have thought the board need a rerate otherwise they are likely to be kicked out by PIs. We know the business is growing in staff and private testing increasing. We know £100m minimum revs this year without DHSC. It couldnt be more positive for a rerate right now and return of sentiment, you would think!.

So where is it? If it’s not happening now, why will it ever happen? Honest question.

Thanks Larry. Agree on duplication…when you toggle between institution and funds, you get the same number but a slightly different name. Perhaps the naming convention on morning star’s look up data is from two different sources that do not cross match.

Thanks Larry. You are probably right. I was looking at Morning Star (Major institutions) and it showed “ BlackRock Investment Management (U ” change amount of a reduction in their holding by 235,570 with August 31 2021. Is this not correct then? Still good to see them out.
