Novacyt only does bad news. Every time we get get a bad RNS, PIs come out saying that they are just getting the bad news out of the way. And then another piece bad news comes and then another. I won’t vote for any resolutions whilst the same incompetent board and comms team are in place. The new CEO is a poor choice with the wrong credentials. Everyone keeps blaming the DHSC for the the dispute. How about blame Noavacyt and the crap management. We wouldn’t be here if they had ensured the contract was water tight and put in mitigation. Now we hear we are sat on a load of stock for the last 6 months….@Kitzie, if the demand was there, we would have sold it by now, stop kidding yourself. Lost all the investment here, I really hope GM has a **** retirement after the amount of ruined shareholders that he has left in his wake. I don’t mean just the ones in 2020 onwards, I mean all those who originally invested after IPO and slowly sold on a loss before Covid. I’m still holding this pile of ****.

@parkez…..all the tickers had two parties providing liquidity to these stocks via off book worldwide liquidity pool (XOFF) under a P flag published via TradECHO. A lot of other tickers as well.

I don’t think it helps I’m afraid Larry. Let’s face it, the noisy shares people are always suspicious of. Whilst quiet ones like EKF continue to rise without any ramping whatsoever. They just appear to have a more mature investor base and new investors are more likely to take news or rumours seriously.

@Larry but now people won’t be able to tweet gif replies of “it’s a secret”, “not telling” and “Shsss” and gasmans favourite daily gif of the two bearded fellas shushing away.

If it was a decent rumour, people would shout about it not pretend it’s some big secret of a few rampers. Don’t they want that share price moving up? No wonder why AIM shares are such a joke, people constantly trying to create stories that don’t exist. Same as that marshmallow weekend ramp some months back.

@wilson it was 4500 hospitalised daily in January 2021 with 1400 deaths daily. Thankfully it has gone down considerably.

@Wilson….I’m not sure what you mean with that sentence.? Didn’t ticker SEE do something similar with their LTIP?

If they wanted to buy back shares, surely the strongest message that they intend to do this (and to push forward a yes vote in next AGM) would be to buyback the €200k that they already have authority to buy from last years AGM resolution? If the company bought back shares, it would be at the lowest price available such as 300p. And they can buy at anytime in the next 18months. They arnt going to pay over and waste all that money. They would just buy when it’s at the lowest value throughout those months.

The only shares they would buy back are those that are enough to satisfy the new CEOs Long Term Incentive Plan and possibly a general employee one too.
