If we are leading the way in innovation, we need to tell the right people and get some sentiment back. All of these posts by Novacyt just don’t seem to be shouting enough at the financial markets.

I understand that Oxford Nanopore is due to be listed 1st October 2021. I’m hoping that the launch of that company may have help advertise Novacyt at the same time on. Hopefully NCYT are discussed more across bbs and perhaps newspaper articles may mention the likes of Novacyt in the same breath when talking about sequencing and diagnostics etc. Maybe we get rumours about takeovers from them?
Has anyone done any like for like analysis between NCYT and Ox. Nano?

@DRB83…… please can you share your reasons why this will be £8 by year end? Unless you are just throwing random numbers about. I see no reason why the sp will rise to that level until the dispute is resolved positively. No one can put a date on that. It could be tomorrow or in a few years for all we know. Do we really think that the new CEO will change the market round within 2 months of starting his job and almost triple the share price!!!

@Kaeren….that would be great but GM has already confirmed in the August comms that DA will not be starting EMPLOYMENT until 18 October 2021. Please correct

@Saintsmith …..you are damn right that I am angry and bitter. It’s truly scandalous the way the company board have handled and communicated the news about DHSC. This was happily ramped by the company and GM from Feb 2020 and deramped by the company from end of January 2021. I am sick of talking about Graham Mullis and find it disgusting that this person has done zilch for shareholders since 2017 and managed to return zero shareholder value. This company was almost dead end of December 2019 and a very questionable finance made it worse. He got lucky in 2020, ramped it for 8 months for his LTIP and then retires on millions in bonuses. Now he has done just about everything to ruin the company and destroy shareholder value. I certainly won’t get all excited by a few rumours that traders are ramping. I don’t get pleasure from seeing share prices go down here or anywhere. I only mentioned VAL for the obvious reason of our chief ramper disaapearing overnight to that stock and starting with the 1000 word posts. If I wanted to be spiteful, I’d post on the VAL board. As it is, I haven’t and no shareholders will be impacted over there by anything I have said. I have not seen any research that makes me want to buy further here.

@Wilson you all jumped on that job advert and made it seem like it was brand new ‘out today’. You are very well researched on this company and I doubt very much you thought that was a new job opening as you will have seen it many times.

20/30 labs, I know what you are getting at but I’m not joining in on a ramp about DHSC dispute being over or another inlet to sell to NHS. Give me something decent, not a marshmallow type ramp and I will gladly promote Novacyt. At the moment we are clinging on to NHS sales and products related to Covid. Let’s see more on private and oversea markets and stop hiding behind ‘competition discretion, no other company does it. GM was only to pleased to ramp this company in 2020 to get over the 53p bonus target to satisfy his and others LTIP. I see nothing in terms of strategy, the annual report was flaky on this too. Look at ELK and how positive they are on the future. It’s upto the board to put some decent news flow and storyline out and I will gladly promote on bbs. At the moment, we are a tiny audience on one bb, we won’t affect anything apart from trapping a few less researched newbies which I don’t agree with. I am massively under water here and it’s the hope that kills you….i don’t like putting others through that. We should be putting all our joint efforts into pressurising the board. We all want to make money here and now we are battling against the wider market. GM put us in this mess, he needs to sort it out but he’s already retired in my mind.

Also, people saying about MMs manipulating this share, please look outside of this stock. The whole market is massively down, S&P 500 Vix is up 20%, FTSE 100 down nearly 2%….need I say more! This current drop is about the whole market.

I’m not trolling Porky. I’ve just seen this done so many times over the years. Posters take over a board with huge posts, and disappear overnight once volume and sentiment gone and then start on the next board. I’m sure that’s not you though. Thanks for all the positivity here, I wonder how many newbies invested directly as a result of your posts and now trapped. None of that talk about contracts, DHSC dispute end coming soon, results, random rumours meant a thing. That is why your type of ramping is dangerous. Some folk will base their investments on these rumours and hopes. Unfortunately there a lot of who do that.

Execs. Sales is just one part of the job and this new CEO candidate is wrong. Zero experience at sorting out disputes. I want GMs bonus clawed back. I bet the cash position ensures that IT-IS £2m and the £14m of bonuses to the board are covered for failure.
