I had an email from a reply I made to Burford’s IR dept, I will not mention the name of the individual that responded, from the investor relations dept. but may I add , have total respect for their professionalism and communication……….
“I can’t say in advance of our publicly confirming the date, but I’d note that US practice is to give much shorter notice of financial results than in the UK, often just 1-2 weeks.”
