Morning all, just back from Iona and tge week in Norway. Two days crossing the North Sea and it was almost a flat calm both ways.

Your man Johnson is good at statements of the blindingly obvious as well as being wrong. They are NOT increasing debt, far from it. They are refinancing existing debt saving 3%+ equal to $120,000,000 pa! They are using some of their cash pile to actually pay down some debt, earlier than anticipated.

The problem with an analyst being wrong is that others, too lazy to check the facts, believe them and act accordingly. No wonder the f****** share price goes down.

In Haugesund just now. Ships tie up in the commercial port and you then walk or get the shuttle through the backside of the town/city that use to be the capital of Norway.

Fortunately, our cabin is port side so not in the sight of the webcam! The camera would need to swing about 45-60 degrees to the left to be able to see the tractor duo who are taking no time at all to polish off the remaining bits of mowing.

Lovely day here but the sun has just disappeared behind some cloud which is slowly building.

Sitting on the balcony of our Conservatory Mini-Suite (thanks all for the heads up about Deck 8) on Deck 9 looking back down the fjord in bright sunshine. Most cloud has been burnt off and water is millpond flat. Idyllic - watching two tractors working alternately to cut grass, presumably for silage, scalping a huge area. One cuts while the other has detached the mower and taken a full trailer up the hill to the farm buildings.

Kayakers and Paddleboarders out, some obviously more experienced than others. One PB has just fallen in! Is that on the webcam? Cheers, jeers and laughter all round. Quite a large audience on this side of the ship. We are are moored on starboard, hence our view down the fjord.

As far as the SP is concerned - have to put this in, I guess - I think we have said a few times that it’s a hang in there share. I don’t have the courage to “day trade” - or “minute by minute trade” as you would need to with this one, perhaps.

Haugesund tomorrow.

So far, have eaten in Sindhu - excellent- and last night Epicurean- superb. Tried to book again for later in the week but full. Limelight on Thursday.

Official announcement yesterday of refinancing and paying down debt. All already fixed up with institutional investors only. Max interest rate 7% reduced from 10.5 and 10.125 reducing interest payments by $120,000,000 per annum. Surely there must be an upside from this later today?

Anyway, Olden today so, off for a (s)troll. Lol! Have a good day everyone.

Hi from Iona in Alesund. Surprised ourselves and are now enjoying the trip!

WTF happened at Noon today, your time, to cause a 70p nosedive? Not seen any reports of anything untoward so just wondering if anyone had any ideas?

Thanks Topo, we are onto Iona tomorrow for a week to Norway. Been several times to Norway but never on a super-sized ship! A new adventure - and at my age, too!

My grandad used to play for Hitchin Town FC after WW I. I think the ground has always been in Fishponds Road, opposite Butts Close (where the fairground used to pitch up) and just up the road from the local, outdoor, unheated swimming pool where same grandad became head gardener after WW II. He used to pour a kettle of boiling water into the deep end every morning, knowing it made no difference just helped him feel better, he said!

But the movements are just wild at tge moment up or down by 4 or 5 p at a time. No5 seen that before.
