Couple of options for delaying the EGM

1. Kamani is getting the Ii's on board. If he can do it, he will then have 40 odd percent of votes and virtually safe.

2. A mid December date gets to the end of peak trading, so he may be banking on improved trading.

Most PI's tend to be apathetic when it comes to actual voting, so it's the big boys who will decide the vote

I guess they could reasonably argue a delay to the earlier notification date due to recent events
