Has anybody actually read the resolutions for the EGM. 2&3 read like they were written by someone who has been on Fosters all day. It's more than a little strange the resolutions are available before the RNS and supporting docs

George, just one point of clarification

Hainan didn't lend KMUK $100M. They paid the money to acquire a majority stake in the business, with a condition precedent that KMUK became the ultimate licence beneficiary.

The Mali tax law states i think that capital gains tax is payable by the licence holder, which is KMUK. Obviously i don't know the intricacies of the agreement between KOD and Hainan, which i think is where the misunderstanding probably arises from.

Ultimately it doesnt really matter. Half has been paid, the rest isn't due until the end of March, so i doubt any agreement will be reached or communicated before then. Even if Hainan are right and ever request the money I'd guess it would simply be deducted from mining revenues rather than Hainan ask for an upfront payment.

Are you unable to read kachrafilter? I haven't said revb is a good investment. I've said, for me, the jury is out until we see if the growth story plays out. They are about to go into three massive bricks and mortar retailers. It's certainly doesn't qualify as a terrible investment. Although you will doubtless continue to post it as such to play your own book.

The entire BoD have unanimously said they don't support Ashley, so if they have integrity they will also have to resign.

What happens in that scenario?

With the situation we have currently we have an activist pushing the BoD to improve. So there is a form of check and balance. With Ashley as CEO we potentially lose that

My emotions were much the same, plus frustration at how this is seemingly played by brokers.

But, like you, I have no intention of selling until I've made a lot more money than I have currently. And the pot now is quite tidy!

It says a lot when people who actually understand this business (as opposed to the pestilence we were subjected to this morning) are disappointed by a near quarter rise in the sp!

The news this morning was potentially amazing. One leg of GST could easily be worth way more than the entire current market cap. It's kind of mind boggling. And that's before we even begin to factor in the current growth of the exchange.

I've no doubt sp games will continue but each leg up brings new holders with a higher average, so patience is now all that is required.
