How does that make any kind of sense.

The rationale for the Easysend deal was to get their mobile infrastructure. Since then we have bought out own software business.

Insider trading is a serious allegation to make.

As posted before, there is nothing wrong with some negativity, this company certainly deserves it, but atleast try to keep it balanced.

They seem to create down trends knowingly and then try to stop a down trend by dropping price some more
