Roger what you are talking is basically a load of
Garbage.
The share price dropped yesterday because there were a few large sells. Most likely Suay Chin continuing to sell down as they seem to do in the mid 40s.
You stated the MG have made the project totally unviable for KOD. Perhaps you could explain why?
We will still get a third of the profits when Hainan have funded the entire cost of build. We know there will be a cap and collar approach to pricing and Bernie has stated this will be at a level that assures profitability. Do you really think that the MG, with four seats on the BoD will allow the opco to operate negative transfer pricing for Hainan? If you do I d guess you are plainly delusional.
We are now probably at most three months from production, assuming the last ship arrives on time, the Mali govt needs this to make money so why would they play any games when they have signed an MOU.
I'm not happy about the 15m payments it seems a bit like robbery to me, but maybe Hainan and KOD expected it all along as they put far more money into KMUK than they needed to in order to fund the build.
