The things you mentioned aren't being discussed because there is no point.
You seem to think GST can control the sp. They can't. As I posted yesterday, go look at TRP yesterday, billions of shares traded, virtually all buys, and the sp barely moved. At one point it was even red. The thought that the sp is being suppressed by the company for Easysend, when we don't even know if the deal will happen is simply stupid.
What makes you think GST as a whole would seek any form of NASDAQ listing. It has never even been mentioned. It's a whole load of admin for little gain as GST should now be self funding. Semnet is different as it's a first listing and will generate far better value on NASDAQ, should it happen.
Id far rather focus on the things we can understand rather than meaningless hypotheticals
