right now, I certainly made the wrong choice when I had the money to buy in to FTO or RRL and went with RRL. A bad day for oil stocks, for RRL it could be a right stinker of a day.

If I had spare cash I'd be in like a shot.

I thought RRL had turned a corner so bought in only for it to drop again. But there does seem to be more extreme views on that board. I do think FTO are at a very decent price, but i'll be honest the last time I was invested in FTO it was more than an investment company, so I'm not exactly sure how that affects the valuation.

At these prices I'd like to be buying back in, but all my spare money is tide up in Lloyds and Range Resources. Was hoping to be able to sell one of them by now. But it looks like I'll have to hold on. I'd imagine the price will go back up again, but it never seems to really kick on.

I sold out of FTO about January last year. I've been keeping an eye on the share price and to be honest I was shocked to see it fall so far. Given the results and profits of the company I was considering purchasing again. But I'm still not sure, the talk of the company being taken privately does not put me off, but if the SP can be manipulated to take the company privately cheaply, that is what would worry me.
