The economies of scale in BRH becoming the actual producer of the test don't make sense. Selling this on to an existing major who can get it produced at existing facilities is the logical step.
BRH are an investment company not big pharma, and Paraytec aren't a producer either

Paraytec are part of BRH's investment portfolio and a major part of the ownership will be sold when the commercial viability makes it the right call, just like with RMS - then there will be a special dividend or a reinvestment of the proceeds (or both).

imac1 - no, BRH will divest for a profit at point of making this a reality. The share price of BRH will cap at that point.
Whoever takes the commercial reality to fruition will get the rest of the potential value.

BRH will then look towards the next portfolio investment.

Value may come in the form of a traders spike if we get approval/pass for the test, but the real value comes when it's commercially viable and ready so we can divest and pay a special dividend, BRH are an investment company.
This is why I don't like the rampers any more than the derampers. This is a longer term play.

totally agree this is a pain to overcome.
I sincerely hope that the UK Govt will shuttle this through in light of the ongoing situation. It would be ridiculous if the UKCA was totally different to the CE standard but you never know!

Ramping and de-ramping are as bad as each other for destabilising a share and turning it into a casino trade.

I admit I'm slightly underwater now on my holding, but I bought and sold at the last spike and made some good returns.
I don't tend to trade because my crystal ball is a bit crap - I'll be holding for the next move (it is a volatile share!).
ADVFN is not a big consideration at the moment, but in future years as we go mainstream with crypto and blockchain technology it could grow like Amazon did from a humble book shop (not that I expect THAT level of gain!!!)
I do agree about the standard of comms, I've been critical of that too, and it may be that this puts investors off - in which case fair play.
It is always the golden rule to go with your own heart and head because it's your money - that way you have nobody else to blame :-)

I'm invested in the ventures and the projects that in time could lead to significant value - you have applied ZERO value to this work.
I'm also invested in future sentiment to mainstream blockchain technology.
It's a very basic share valuation to rely on past income alone.....this is your approach
I repeat - why do you feel the need to bash this share for investors? You must be getting something from the effort you have put in, be it financial (shorting) or personal (bitter at a loss or just wanting to be right?)

I always wonder about posts like this. You hate the share so it's totally illogical you hold any.
In that case why post here? You must have a financial interest....
So that means you're a trader or a shorter (or Mother Theresa's ghost trying to save the world)
In which case why should anybody listen to you? If you were right it would be 20p already.

well given the volume of shares sold by the directors, I'd suggest a couple of quiet days is a good thing.
We would like to predict news coming soon, but we don't know for sure, or indeed what that news could be so best to get some calm and normality before we start a gentle climb on speculation.
Bit like this BB today, which has been as civil as I've seen it :-)

I should add that MM process makes a profit for the brokers because the difference between the buy and the midprice (or the sell and the midprice) is the spread profit on each transaction.
The brokers make money on a volume of transactions not on what the price was.
