In other words he's now got separate control of the future of the supposed 4 divisions of LVCG, so the shell can be liquidated and he carries on.

You couldn't make it up - except he has.

I believe he was slightly misquoted: he said he had 3 months left to live.... off his ill gotten gains from us before he needed another scam....

I can assure you it's an ex-company, it's bleedin' demised.

It just needs the last rites reading.

It's becoming desperate now trying to breathe life and hope into the wreck this has become. There is a long queue of creditors who will get their share before shareholders, and that includes DC of course (fees outstanding, loans repaid etc).

Good job Ranjit left just before all this happened, means he's not a director when it goes under - of course he'll be a creditor too I have no doubt (unpaid fees or salaries).

Thanks for the responses TSG, always appreciated. Sadly, the tone of that last sentence suggests it will be all to easy to jump to a negative conclusion.... however I try I already have.

ASI and those who have had the energy to formally report/complain about DC - I respect your efforts and wish you well.

I have now confirmed my whole investment at £0 value in all my records, I will begin the process of forgetting this company ever existed and I wish you all as easy a future as you can have when this slow lingering end is confirmed. As a wise owl once said, "it's only money".

When a share is suspended for failing to post accounts in time this process is automatic.

If you'd held for as long as the rest of us you'd remember this from the last extended suspension.

Might be worth checking this out but:

1) The operation of the brick business (I think) has been farmed off to Bricklive - under a former employee?

2) The bricks as an asset have a secured loan against them, there's a live charge at companies house as such.

So regrettably I think we have nothing. I suppose if anybody has the energy they can check the last financial statements.

Too many people listened to "webinars" and "investormeets" with DC.

The hard reality everybody needs to take away from this is the following: ONLY LISTEN TO RNS OUTPUT. That's the stuff that is legally important and can't be manipulated to suit what the audience wants to hear from their pied piper.

Accepting what was posted in a webinar has lead to many investing under an illusion.

The whole AIM is like the wild west and ultimately it will die if it doesn't finally learn the lessons from financial disasters like LVCG that have cost investors dearly.

Here was a company with an over mighty chairman, who asked for investment, but ultimately made decisions without other shareholders being able to stop him - decisions that have ensured he gets paid and keeps the assets while the rest of us burn.

If you want to play in this playground you have to understand the rules - even so I think what's happened here has stretched what's ethical or maybe even legal.

So - the truth is finally revealed.

So much for 30p by the end of summer.

So much for cornerstone investors.

As I posted (quite accurately a week ago) we all know the score.

KNCO, MB10, Tintin hang your heads in shame, whether you were just stupid or deliberately ramping is now a moot point.

Suedee, Knigel and the sweet positive group - sorry this is a painful surprise, time to get your heads out of the sand.

To the rest of us we got the loss we deserved.

To DC - you were not just a bad businessman or a bit incompetent, you did this knowing the impact on all of us here (and silent others) - NEVER try to run another company, disappear forever. I'm not a lawyer but in my opinion you should face consequences for the way you've taken money out of this company at our expense and you have given nothing back to us.

I'll let all who read this draw their own conclusions - but this time try to see the truth.

The RNS said end of Sept for accounts filing. I read that as end of Sept we might hear some news. It doesn't matter any more, we all know what's happening here.

Before anybody posts anything against Retired banker or others who are upset: let me set you a challenge:

Draw up a table of what LVCG shareholders (other than Ranjit and DC) have gained from StartArt - then what DC and Ranjit have gained.

You will have to accept LVCG has lost money, DC and Ranjit have gained.

5 years ago LVCG had no stake in StartArt, today it has no stake, but has booked losses recently. DC and Ranjit took cash for a stake, then a bit more cash and the whole of StartArt is back with DC.

It's just hard maths.

My comment was gallows humour and certainly not aimed at TSG.

I absolutely kick myself for ever buying this mess - my bad. But why should I (or any of us here) take any blame for the inept running of this company?

You have to careful talking sense on here ASI.

I know it destroys us, but if I were a "cornerstone" investor I'd be trying to weigh up what value I get from adding cash into this mess right now. Particularly at a Mcap of about £800k I could just overtake the whole mess, get shot of DC, or just set up my own business and leave this to rot.
