Ah - our favourite ramper/insider has returned!

In the mean time the usual scattering of buys over the week are completely wiped out by over a million shares dumped at any price as it's the end of the month.

Those who got stuck with these as lieu of payment still need to dump at any price - these shares will recycle 100 times before this gets to 10p

I predict an exciting week. 10p by Summer everyone!

Watch for another indecisive RNS attempt as early as tomorrow that gets the happy clappers off their seats until we all realise it actually doesn't confirm anything (again).

Here's a sneak possible preview of what it might look like:

"LVCG are delighted to announce that further discussions with possible investors have been completed, we hope to be able to deliver further news by August. Chairman and god like figure David Ciclitara said, "The prospect of an exciting new partner to propel our ambitions into the 22nd century are fantastic - there's even a possibility somebody will accept more shares to cover the bills, but that's still to be decided."

LVCG are delighted to announce a new Bricklive event in Wilmington-on-Sea which will run for 2 days ion the car park of the local Tesco.

LVCG wishes to make it clear that no deal has been signed and that no deal possibly will ever be signed, investors should accept this RNS with a pinch of salt, just like any credible auditor.

Showjumper - the hope and optimism from a newbie is very cute, but this share (and it's rampers) have been stinking out LVCG for 2 solid years now.

No point backing this as a quick punt, it's not that type of company.

Stick to the facts (and that means RNS) - read them in chronological order and you see the truth.

There's lots of confetti shares being punted and recycled below a penny - they were issued and accepted under sufferance because there's no cash to cover the debts. Some are being sold now because anything is better than nothing.

Until there's an "amazing" RNS that tells us a new investor is willing to bail us out and throw their profit to us poor LTH's this will continue.

knigel - you and i have taken respectful but opposing views for a while now. you know my positivity drained back in 2022 when the great hope of frankfurt turned to *** ash in front of our eyes!

i don't agree with accusing people with a negative view of not having shares - appreciate you were not aiming at me.

i genuinely believe dc's efforts to keep this alive come from his innate vanity and unwillingness to admit his grim failure here, but if by some miracle he turns it round we all win!

2 sides to this one:

i can't accept the blind ramping and the "can't tell you why but it's going to be amazing!!" brigade - neither should you.

but

i don't have a high opinion of dc, far from it, but i also stop short of some of the worst grudges and vitriol - i have to accept my own stupidity for investing.

And that's even funnier Knigel - trashing our own home? I think you'll find keeping it real is a far cry from trashing our investment - the bloke in charge of LVCG has done a far better job of trashing my investment....

When news comes (and I mean RNS) then we'll see the truth.

Why did he do this? Simple - because he can do what he wants, which is the main reason I should never have invested.

Just rechecked the RNS - lot more than 5.3M shares.....

Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has issued 13,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each for the equivalent of £135,000 for a payment due to the provider of a loan facility ("Creditor Shares"). Once admitted, these shares will be subject to an orderly market undertaking in re

TSG - correct, but as per the last RNS that the 5.3M shares issued last month are to be released into the market over 5 months, so there will be a drip feed for a while yet.

At average daily trade values it'll take some unwinding to get these through, and at current prices that means 5.3M shares have now been bought at 0.5p so then they'll be recycled if the price goes back to 1p (who wouldn't bank a 100% profit?)

The truth (unpalatable for most) is that there is a huge backlog of 1p shares that have been dished out in lieu of debt we couldn't otherwise pay.

For the recipients of those shares this isn't an investment, it's a rush to the exit to get something back.

That's why the 10p predictions are laughable and embarrassing. The SP will be anchored by all those shares, then the deluge of other placings between 1p and 3p - who here will honestly be holding 1p shares if this goes back over 2p? If you can look yourself in the mirror and honestly say you'll still hold, then you're in a huge minority.

That's how the market works - massive supply and little demand = poor SP.

Incredible KNCO, but somebody dumped 250,000 of these golden tickets for 0.45p. How can the possibly not see the riches you see?

Maybe they could borrow your specs or take whatever your taking? Keep buying them though, you'll be a billionaire at this rate.

Given the nominal value is 1p Ludo is correct, this company can no longer raise funds without a consolidation.

Knigel, when this was suspended you quite rightly accepted this was a mess and you wouldn't knock the doubters any more.

Here you are trying to tell us this shambles of an SP is somehow OK and we're wrong to be angry/skeptical.

Please set out for us the reasons why you hold but we should all sell - and if you can do so with some hard evidence that would be helpful.
