I will work on the assumption that Yair increased his holding last week by an extra 9% by buying from somebody else - I think that explains the 2 RNS yesterday - that's where the shares came from. Check the dates on the RNS.
Obviously that's my assumption and I can't prove it.

a better way to view the "buy" and "sell" is to see it as a general indicator of whether price is rising due to demand pressure or falling due to supply surplus.

As said many many times every trade involves a buyer and a seller.

lots of ground already covered here Dovas, but most of us are looking for the commercial reality to appear - the test is fantastic I'm sure and Carl/Paraytec are sincere - but there's still no commercial value here and the RNS says another 6 months at least....
CMH are a long shot to support any of this work - they are a metal castings company in the main with a couple of spinoffs that do lights. BRH are an investment company - the best value for all is that they sell on the test to big pharma to mass produce faster than any other route - not try to do it all.
In the mean time it's well worth looking at the whole of BRH investments - there's other irons in the fire - it's not all about the COVID test

Carl and the testing team have given us a really promising test, no doubts.
The further uses for their work often overlooked in the COVID narrative.
At the same time, however, the real issue is not BoD selling, it's the inability to get this to market and therefore deliver value to us as quickly as short term holders would like.
patience and we could still get there with the COVID test and equally on the other uses.
