Avacta affimers are in both the PD and BT test equipment/kits. If the get good take up from the cruise industry then Avacta will generate a nice revenue stream from this. It's just a fraction of the huge potential revenue streams coming our way over the next few months/years...
Don't be fooled by lack of news from partnerships/licence agreements. We are a revenue generating business and the markets will be looking at our results now for growth.

This is an example of an Avacta deal struck with another company and then all goes quiet on our part however, it doesn't mean the deal is dead...in fact in this case far from it our affimer is working and products are being rolled out globally...China and US are on the hit list. Waste water testing is going to be part of monitoring Covid and Govts around the World realise this, are talking about it and in some cases writing it into policy...and Avacta is in there....

Big difference between capacity and supply chain..!!

If Avacta are smart they will use MM. Not to give away anything that's not in the public domain but more of a pointer to parts of importance. Example: if he asks a question about the recent Mologic acquisition and its effect on Avacta..they could simply refer him to a specific statement in an RNS or presentation. By doing it this way they can give the reassurance without giving the game away. Fine lines and all that...

Last time we saw daily volume anything like today's 5m was 13 and 14 July...

You are going to need a prescription to get free test via French healthcare system for travel and leisure reasons.
France and UK are basically going down the same route except France is spelling it out whereas the UK isn't being so obvious. Both are going to cut off their free test supply.
Innova was for the masses...ours could still be purchased by the Govt for schools or the NHS or doctors surgeries etc...where they need a more sensitive test or the professionals are more in the know about these things...

Today was all about filling a large order as a result of yesterday's news and today's Abingdon RNS was just an excuse needed to drop the SP to force a PI sell off domino effect. Don't be fooled by one days smoke and mirrors...

Re your point 19...it is never going away...this is the biggest issue now facing Govts around the World...they now have to uncooked themselves from Covid and get private enterprise and Jo blow to bear the brunt which includes testing to reassure or prevent large breakouts. Some businesses will opt for regular testing and others won't...IMO it's going to become a new health and safety guideline and just like flu there will be deaths and long covid until a cure is found or a 100% preventative...so difficult...19. What if COVID-19 is around years & vaccinations don’t reduce infectiousness much (listen to the news across the pond this morning, they are freaked out by the way covid is going... more kids going to hospital)

£8 PER TEST????

'WalesOnline approached Public Health Wales to find out how much each lateral flow test costs and they directed us to the Welsh Government. The Welsh Government said: "there are no direct cost to the Welsh NHS as lateral flow tests are allocated to Wales under the UK Testing Programme".

Despite fact it isn't coming out of a Welsh-specific pot this is still taxpayers' money. So we went to the Department for Health and Social Care in the UK Government who pointed to the contracts section of their website and said they were "not able" to provide full details on how much the cost was per unit due to "commercial sensitivities".

Sources have told WalesOnline that the cost to the tax payer is "up to £8" each for a test.'

Today's RNS is only part of the amazing potential for our affimer.
Avacta and Deepverge have been working on an Affimer/Optimer breath test for Covid...but the important thing to read in the link below is at the bottom where they make reference to it being potentially useful in detecting 49 other diseases including Cancer.
