Unfortunately that's the point...if you have Covid the chances are the Innova test will pick it up especially if the the viral load is on the higher side. Tests need to catch the asymptomatic cases which Innova doesn't.
The majority of people just think I've got it or I haven't and that LFT's tell you just that...the finer details regarding viral load and being asymptomatic are not in the majority of peoples understanding/awareness. There is also the perception that if the Govt is providing it then it must have been tried and tested and therefore does it's job...sigh!!!

JESK...yes the term used in Avactas RNS was 'support'.
Unless I read it incorrectly Mologic will remain a profit generating business but the new GAD section will be run on a non-proft basis.
Avacta can support both arms of the new company in different ways...research/lab time etc being one for preferential terms. Or it could be a simple Discounted product for Discounted manufacturing etc on our part.
If the new GAD arm is prepared to place a massive order or call off blanket order for low and middle income countries and the whole supply chain is asked to sharpen their pencils knowing that the orders will offset the reductions then yes it could be a goer. I did mute this a weeks or so ago and personally hope we get an RNS to the effect with confirmation of either an order or at least MOU.

I was also intrigued by the mention of a possible US hub in one article....centralised warehousing/storage perhaps for various products..
