Maybe Avacta should consider what many company do and take on an MP as a consultant £100K per year for a £133m contract in the bag seems a good return to me...

Firstly the Gates Foundation is not the lead in the Mologic/GAD deal..Soros is.
Secondly why buy Avacta...as I said I suspect a licencing agreement with the newly named Mologics for our affimer and the production deal will remain/be rejigged under new name/ownership for our own test.
This is a more logical step when it comes to our LFTs for low and middle income countries.
However, if Soros and/or Gates have been given full access to our Affirmer research/trial results etc and they see the whole affirmer potential with regards to diagnostics and cure they may do one of two things...offer up funding to push reasearch/trials along in more areas with caveat they have first option to buy all or part if our IP/company on successful results or they offer a staged buy out...or if what they have seen is good enough they just go for it and buy us out in total...
Whatever is going on it certainly feels like there is one or more hefty NDA's in place.

Biffa...its not usual practice for a company licencing a product to crow about/advertise a customers/customers customers products otherwise they would have to do it for all upcoming licencees. We will only be told about deals which are financially material to Avacta such as those with large up front payments or International/Global distributors etc.

FTI Consultants are our PR agents. The were appointed in Jan 2021 and no mention was made of the change by Avacta.
Their Chairman is closely connected to Soros.
Soros was the lead in the Mologic acquisition with support from the Gates Foundation.
IMO..this change of PR company was directly connected to the upcomjng acquisition and our involvement hence the news blackout.
I also suspect poster MorganFreeman might be an operative of FTI Consulting as he appears to have been posting on the Novacyt site who also use FTI.

Most of the empty shelves are due to lack of truck drivers and that has now found its way through to the shelves. I'm sure the holiday season with many more people staycationing has also had an impact plus the warm weather with BBQs and get togethers. Plus all those last minute purchases made by the hospitality industry as they opened up. Yes the Pingdemic will have added to the already stressed system but it isn't the single cause.

Mowzerrocks...the current pingdemic was always going to happen with so many big events open to large numbers of people over the past few weeks.

How much is that affecting Avacta and Mologic?
Would be very surprised if they are immune and not getting some employees pinged...
Or even worse our supply chain gets disrupted...
