Hi guys just looking over the RNSs and wondered on other’s opinions.
So am I right in my assumption that the trial can be officially ‘concluded’ on 17th December, ie 35 days after last patient dosed? What’s the typical latency period after that for crunching the data?
I’m wondering if we might get ‘the big one’ in December or if not, is it looking more likely to be January? Either way I’m guessing the COVID storm will be continuing to rage and our timing could be absolutely perfect.
Based on these timelines, it’s exciting, nerve racking to think tomorrow’s top up could be my last!

13.9p is great value for this share but given the price action (catching a falling knife) it takes a brave soul to top up at these levels. Better to wait for a distinctive bottom to form I reckon.

If there has been a ban it’s for his own good. His 2am rants bore all the hallmarks of a very troubled mind and before I filtered him they became more and more confrontational and delusional in nature. Having a breather from this board will do him and the board the world of good I’m sure.

It’s interesting going through this thread that no one is mentioning Activ as a huge bull flag. SNG clearly showed great efficacy in a trial they had virtually no control over. We won’t get to see the data but we know the parameters were basically to exceed the efficacy of the best available drug to progress.

All this bodes very well for our own P3 trial and let’s not forget, all this wonder pills that big pharma are lobbing out still don’t solve the core issue that’s causing lockdowns across Europe. Hospitalisation and death.

Jeez BTB just give it a rest man. Placing placing, placing risk risk, risk, and yet the price still keeps marching northwards. The market is fundamentally at odds with your assessment of this company. You bailed at 15p, it’s very unlikely to go back there. We can’t win them all.

We are all big boys and girls capable of making our own choices, we don’t need your weekly doom and gloom, which, in the context of the current SP, isn’t ageing too well.

I really don’t think much patience would be needed should Sprinter results be good. Orders will flow in pretty quickly. Be mad to sell at that point IMO.

It’s really disappointing to see that clearly there is still a big seller in the background, relentlessly dumping into any rise.

I guess that this was always a potential issue when OO acquired Hvivo. Acquiring companies that have silly share options, with fat cats sat on the gravy train hoovering up options, is clearly part of the pain that comes with transition into a new era. Still, very annoying! True value will be discovered eventually…

And look at the state of the spread too. 10% FFS

Criminal spread on this share today. 10.6% at time of writing. Clearly MMS picking up on buying appetite. March northwards could well continue…

Thanks for the update Sportstrader. On many fronts in this pandemic, the govt haven’t showered themselves in praise. Let’s hope we hear news on this before long.

Could be Hawi. But equally I believe Nano are at an inflection point. Within 6 or so months, not exactly light years away in investing terms, even a modest settlement would put us at multiples of the current SP. There is risk here, but it’s not a 50/50 in my book, Samsung have very little substance to their defence.

This, of course, discounts the possibility of a settlement pre trial, which would prove equally transformational.

Now are people thinking it’s worth a punt? There are absolute basket case companies with market caps that dwarf this one. Perhaps people are twigging.

Who knows/cares, a good day today and I’m sticking around for the ride.

I’ve sold all my shares before they are totally worthless. Naturally Nano will only get 1% of the payout, swiftly followed by a 100million share fundraise. Cheers for the heads up BTB.

OO should be taking it as a compliment that some are scoffing at a contract north of 1 million. What I’d give for news like that in some other shares I’m in, and what it’d do to the share price!…

Anyway, enough of my cynicism. This is clearly not one of the ‘big ones’ that CF has alluded to. But a few really positive signals to the market:
- customers are happy with the service and outcomes that we are providing
-there is clearly long term revenue to be had here. It’s common knowledge that retaining customers is cheaper and more efficient than winning new ones. If we can engage with companies who have a pipeline, then clearly there is the opportunity to secure multi year agreements.
- knowing CF and his liking for ‘news rich’ and ‘news lean’ periods, might we be entering a more active phase for OO in terms of front facing announcements and developments?

Interesting link here. There have been patent disputes settled in the billions so it’s not out of the question. Anything more than 2.5 and we are breaking new ground. Could we see a new precedent set here? Odds definitely stacked against.

‘This govt’ (by which I assume you mean UK) factors slim to none in the fortunes of this company. It’s the US market that matters and they have earned first place in the queue.

If the UK wants treatments, which they will, they will have to join the queue with the rest of the global community who will want so desperately to minimise death rates.

As I’ve previously stated a pre trial, 11th hour settlement has always seemed the likeliest path IMO.

I would imagine a key clause in any settlement agreement would be immediate payment. That would suit both parties: a modicum of reputational damage is avoided by Samsung; a discount on any punitive ruling by the court is probably secured; and Nano get their payday. It’s the best for both.

All eyes on the PTAB for now…

Thanks for the summary breatheasy. You articulately explain the obvious dissonance between LTH sentiment and share price action. Another poster rightly pointed out the other day that the shifty board action, combined with the SP fall, helped dissuade new entrants to the share, a wise move if you are trying to keep flighty money out, which would pump up the price over the next 30 off days, as many of us expected. Polygon must surely have made hay on Friday, I bet they can’t believe their luck. With so few shares in issue I guess it isn’t hard to create volatility here.

We may well stay in this trading range, as utterly bizarre as that is to me, but the sheer joy of this share is its ability to surprise…

Cannot wait for that readout!
