You will have 10th of the number at about 1.5p and then the SP will work it’s way back down below 1p.

We all know where this is going hence the price drop on what should be seen as positive news. LC has shown his colours very clearly. This is going to be sold on the cheap as we have been suggesting for a while. First step was to massively increase the BOD’s holding on the cheap. Next step is to sell it off but retain same jobs but with further ‘bonus’ shares, an increase in salary and a lump sum bonus for getting the deal done.

If the BOD are not taking a salary and planning to take shares in lieu surely we should be told that in advance as it is material information? If they are still not being paid are they planning to take further shares at 0.15?

I am not bitter I am absolutely fuming.

I am fully expecting the BOD to claim that all the work they have done on KAT was overtime so that they, and not KIBO, receive shares in lieu of payment.

KAT will go the same way as KIBO. Of that we can all be assured. LC will end up with a huge share of a company with billions of shares. Current holdings will be irrelevant.

The list of ‘what happened to’ is a very long one.

JD to be honest I don’t think LC has a clue what he is doing. He didn’t hold off taking a salary out of choice. There was obviously no way he could issue even more shares last year as we had such a low SP and with warrants had maxed out the recently increased shares available for issue. Apart from owning a ridiculous chunk of KIBO he has no strategy. I really do think the company will jettison 2 or 3 of its ‘projects’. Those very projects which have made so much progress and were about to provide cash flows. Let’s see.

I reckon Bots is history. Shumba have told us that by selling ALL of their shares in KIBO. MCPP is also history. And MOZ is going nowhere in the short term hence the new MOU which will inevitably expire. That doesn’t leave a lot.

OK Dave. Let’s try. Tell me how anyone new here will make money when 127m shares becomes 5 billion.

Please would someone post something positive as I am gagging for an argument. LC needs to be removed before he becomes the largest shareholder.

Just to blow my own trumpet again I have said time and time again that 5 billion shares is a done deal. However I did not think that would be after a 10:1 consolidation. So a real increase in shares of 40 times. It is ridiculous.

And after all this ‘progress’ on ALL the projects which were ALL going to be bringing in cash within the next 48 months we are going to have a review and then dispose of those that are now worthless. Shumba have already put their money where there mouth is as far as BOTS is concerned so that’s a certainly for a giveaway. MCPP is a waste of time as the country is run by a nutcase but LC didn’t and doesn’t realise it. Mozambique has just restarted from scratch. So exactly what was true in the 48 months statement and the repetitive making progress statements? Anyone?

I would genuinely prefer the company to go bust and see the BOD thrown out of their jobs. LC is a complete loser as far as running a company is concerned and has zero interest in private investors. No wonder the SP has been kept down.

See coming was the BOD filling their boots yet again. They are actually going to give themselves a sixth of the company in exchange for no salaries for a couple of months. It would be funny if it were a joke but it’s a complete disgrace. I believe LC et al spend 100% of their time working out how to keep their money coming in and to increase their share of the company. What a total disaster. Never any news on actually achieve anything other than paying themselves and their buddies. Total disgrace.

Is anyone close to Bordesley who can take a look to see if any groundwork has started? The site is directly outside the entrance to the bus depot.

A consolidation must be on the cards here too. Louis will then believe he has increased the SP.
