We are well on our way to 0.1 today.

When this was 5/6p I thought we could drop to 1-2p. I bought at 2p thinking 1p was unlikely. I bought at 1p thinking we couldn’t possibly go lower. I did the same at 0.6p and 0.45p. Can it go lower still than 0.25p? For sure it can with LC in charge. 0.1p is an almost certainty here now. And then what on Earth would stop us going lower?

Oh and he gets paid a quarter of a million a year while doing it (not bad when that’s for running a company worth £3m). There can’t be many CEOs of listed companies earning, sorry I mean paying themselves, almost 10% of the company’s market cap.

I don’t think LC has any form of plan. Just do stuff and raise funds and see if anything happens. So far the answer is no. I wonder if he has any idea what share of KAT we will end up with. I think he has no idea. What number of shares we are looking to end up with in KIBO. Again no idea if it’s 5 billion or 10 billion. It will just be whatever it takes as long as his share holds up.

I can’t force myself to add even at these levels because I think LC is more than capable of taking this all the way to liquidation.

And KIBO’s share gradually disappears. From original 56% down to 42% now before the warrants so into the 30%s after that and before any more fundraising. KIBO will end up with a piddly share of KAT. Of that we can all be sure.

I have been working in Birmingham for the past 9 months. The accent is probably rubbing off on me so I can kiss goodbye to any career in a contact centre. ;>)

For what it’s worth I think the posted planning application was probably the correct one, therefore the site I visited was probably the correct one and that ‘Bordersley’ Ltd was a misspelling. But I could be wrong on all three.

Please forgive me but oooooh I can sell my shares for 0.25p. No way can I get even slight excited by that.

The big question is whether there will be anyone fighting to get back in here.

from the RNS that everything with KIBO is business as usual except the salaries are being paid for everyone achieving nothing from home rather than nothing from the office. I wonder why the BoD is unable to provide specific updates on each project. That is such a strange statement.

The ultimate question here is will we have a going concern the other side of the virus. LC appears to think that is not worthy of comment. He could do a placing now and pick up shares for 0.15p though. I have had a communication from everyone from my mobile provider to my barber but nothing from KIBO. LC never fails to disappoint.

Given that every other business appears to have sent messages to customers and shareholders in the current dire situation I am still hoping LC will provide some words of comfort and confirm he is reducing overheads.

No change of strategy whatsoever if you believe LC. We are where he always planned us to be, which says a lot in itself.
