JD - if you are right and we have raise funds yet again after the £1.9 m late last year we are in serious trouble. As you say that will be at around 0.15p unless something changes fundamentally here. We are then looking at around1 billion shares to get us through each 6 months. LC’s salary alone equates to about 150,000,000 a year. This whole thing is just plain ridiculous. If we weren’t seeing it actually happening you would say it’s unbelievable.

I am more than happy to join any movement to remove LC as I think he is a taker and has done nothing other than spend years making false promises whilst making a very good living from KIBO. As long as LC is in charge KIBO is going nowhere other than down the pan. It currently feels like a question of ‘when not if’, one of LC’s favourite phrases.

So let me get this straight. Shumba actually hold 51m shares although KIBO’s website says 128m?

Yaki doesn’t need to know much to know more than most PI’s. Given his holding perhaps he is able to communicate with LC which is certainly not the case for others.

Yaki remains either the worlds best or worst investor as he has added another 16 or 17 million. Good luck Yaki.

What was all that about? With a typical 30-40% spread today’s buying and selling action is hard to comprehend.

Probably Sandersons before the next placing at 0.2p

The least I was expecting was a level cleared site with an entrance/exit and a slab to take the kit. There was nothing.

If I went to the correct site in Bordesley (and I think I did), there was no sign of any activity, readying for delivery of the Italian kit or even ownership of the site in March which suggests to me that LC was already going to fail on the first quarter timeline. I suspect he was keeping the cash in the bank to ensure salaries can be paid which, as we know, is the only thing that really matters.

No chance. I think LC has already worked out that KAT is his next gravy train.

Sadly, all absolutely spot on JD. We all know what is coming next. It’s the only activity which LC knows how to complete. At some point though Sanderson’s offloading of their holding prior to the next placing will take the SP so low that a mere £1m is going to require a billion shares. One would think that LC couldn’t possibly consolidate or increase the authorised shares again but he will. He is incredibly thickskinned. (I almost stopped my sentence too early there).

The problem is that due to LC’s inability to actually achieve anything in a reasonable timeframe nobody knows how many shares will have been issued by the summer, autumn or next year. Anyone buying now may well think this could or should be a £20m market cap company once MED is delivered but by that time we might have 5 billion shares issued or LC may finally run out of options with Sanderson who have been the only source of funding.

He’s definitely failed so far. In the same way that I have failed to run 100m sub 10 seconds and I never will. I.e. there has to be a timeframe otherwise there is no such thing as failure.

Jimmy Krankie, Frank Spencer or Mr. Bean must be in the running.

Most people who bought this dog of a share are stuck with it and trying to avoid crystallising a massive loss in the hope that LC is removed and replaced with someone else (anyone else has to be better).

Normal is absolutely correct. LC can genuinely claim that the virus and mayhem it has caused has had zero effect on his workload or KIBO in general. He did nothing of any (positive) consequence before and the same now as evidenced by the SP and negligible Market cap. This has to change at some point as I cannot believe even LC will get away with yet another raising which would require a doubling of the issued shares to raise enough to see us through another 12 months as I cannot see Sandersons paying anymore than 0.1-0.15p (after they have had time to dump their current holding of course).
