Totally agree JD. It’s time for LC to realise it’s not his own little fiefdom. Everyone please vote against every motion. This lot ‘in charge’ are a bunch of takers but it’s time to call time on it.

Let’s be crystal clear here. LC has achieved absolutely zero. He pays himself a quarter of a Million pounds for constantly progressing differing ‘flagship’ projects before giving them away. The company is worth £2.5m after spending c.£40m and constantly repositioning itself. We have notice that one or more projects are going to be shelved, ‘sold’, or given away. He wants to increase the authorised shares by a factor of 25. LC has behaved abysmally and yet some want to hear what he has to say. For goodness sake what else do we need to know?

JD I have to say that given your view on what LC and CS have been doing I find it incredible that you wish them to remain running the business. The two are completely incompatible. If stopping the EGM resolutions is the only goal I think it is just putting off the inevitable ‘next time’. I don’t trust LC as far as I can throw him and therefore naturally want him completely out. Do you really want a BOD which behaves in this way, or would if it could? I definitely don’t.

I agree with the first step but if LC remains in charge it will be a complete waste of time.

The ultimate aim of any revolt must be to remove LC. He is not only completely incompetent but everyone on here believes he is only interested in himself. We are all up in arms because we are appalled by his behaviour so we would not want him running KIBO, would we? It has to be LC out.

I can’t see how it can be legal for directors to not disclose that they are intending to be paid shares in lieu. Taking them at the lowest possible price and also having an incentive to keep the SP down cannot be right also.

We are about to see 2 of the projects being ‘sold’ off. MCPP and Bots is my view. Probably £500k each as Louis knows how to do a deal. It might be funny if I was joking but I am not.
