To be honest I think LC and his crew have had so long at being useless that we are in a complete mess. I said many times over that going for Bots, Moz and MED all at the same time as the MCPP fell through was too much. Too much for funding, too much for working capital and too much for the useless management team to handle. In an ideal world we would see MED funded and first site up and running in weeks. Some firm news on any of the projects, other than new or extended MOUs would also be useful. A slim down of the BOD is a must but no way will if happen.

Is LC taking a second salary from KAT?

Am I right in thinking I saw something about the directors of KAT increasing their salaries? LC is meant to be the full time CEO of KIBO so presumably any salary from KAT is due to KIBO. Or is LC now only part time for KIBO? It’s certainly not normal for directors to receive additional salaries from subsidiaries but nothing is normal here.

I still cannot reconcile that not issuing a RNS ref directors taking salaries was legal. I.e. it needed to be made clear regarding timescales, SP etc

Option 3 is never going to happen

The shareholders already had both feet shot off.

The consolidation on its own should have provided more than enough available shares. I.e. 16 times the existing amount. Either the BOD intend to dilute the hell out of this or they are too thick to realise what they were suggesting.

The 5 billion authorised shares is the killer. What message did that give out?

My question regarding insider trading remains. Can the BOD waive pay without telling anyone and then choose the moment that they take shares in lieu? Unless there is no significant news on the horizon then choosing now seems questionable. And if there is no significant news imminent then why not?

I am hoping for LC's resignation ASAP. I really then don't care if the company goes the final bit down the pan as it is almost there anyway. But I wont have to watch the BOD slowly take over the company as they achieve zero and get paid handsomely for it.

The resolutions may well have received most votes in terms of shares held but LC et al clearly do not have the support of the vast majority of shareholders. They all need to resign.

What we do know and what will not change as a result of this EGM is that the BOD are prepared to treat PIs with utter contempt. Leopards do not change their spots. The BOD will just find another way to do exactly what they want which IMO is to feather their own nests at the expense of PIs. The reason the SP has not changed is that the EGM changes nothing. Until LC is gone there is no chance whatsoever of PIs benefiting from anything, even in the highly likely event of LC et al doing anything other than placings, restructurings, sorting out their own pay, shares and warrants and signing meaningless letters of intent. Today will be an inconvenience and it may momentarily have shocked LC which is pleasing in itself but KIBO is going nowhere with the current lot who couldn't be trusted to run a bath. All IMO.

1p (10p after consolidation) would be a major achievement. But the required market cap feels a long way off particularly if warrants are exercised.

LC et al know that the only way they can make money is buy grabbing masses of shares at these lows.

You think. Mmmmmmmmm. I reckon it’s a close call.

Or the BOD lose the vote on Monday, LC resigns and the SP dips to 0.1p.
