This is now a complete shambles and only has one inevitable ending with LC in charge. Shareholders holding 5% have the right to call a general meeting. I suggest it is way past time for us to do that with a resolution that LC is removed. We need holders with c. 63m shares to demand the meeting.

Gillie - there are so many questions to which we need answers but unfortunately we have a CEO who is only interested in sending out repetitive vague messages about 'making progress'. There is absolutely no accountability whatsoever. LC makes statements and then appears to forget them. Why has MED been pushed out to next year? Shareholders are told nothing of any consequence but fed with general lines of optimism which LC thinks will make things appear better than they really are. This really is a complete disgrace but it appears that we have to put up with it.

How much lower do we think we can really go other than bust?

I WAS a large holder. Anyone investing as I did would have to be even more mad to buy the 100m shares it would buy now.

Aerial I don’t know what you are saying or asking. My position is very clear. I am a large holder. My holding is almost worthless thanks to LC and the BOD. I really want LC to go as I consider him to be worse than useless and in my opinion some of the communications we have had require looking at by the authorities. I want KIBO to succeed but this won’t happen with LC in charge. I have no interest in whether the SP sits at 0.15p or 0.3p (even though 0.3p Is 100% higher) unless the 0.3p is a brief waypoint on the way to a much higher SP. The current trend is still downwards even though the company is almost worthless. We have had many 5m buys and 3m sells recently. I don’t think they tell us anything.

So MED is sometime in 2021, i.e. way off in the future as you can always add another 6-12 months to any timescale from LC. Bots is definitely on the horizon or Shumba would have managed some way of holding on to their shares. MCPP is a waste of time as the country is run by a fruitcake. That leaves Moz where we were told in a shareholders meeting in January (or thereabouts) 2019 that PPA and off-take agreements were close to signing. And we can forget our investment in KAT because KIBO's share is being quickly diluted down to a tiny amount, particularly since the BOD are being paid directly for their time there even though KIBO should be receiving shares in lieu (I think this was actually contained in a RNS but that makes zero difference).

So Shumba are shouting out Loud and clear that there is nothing happening in Botswana in the short term which will cause the SP to rise from the current ridiculously low level

Rocktapper. Your point is a good one. The inference from this and the fact that no work had been done on the site when I visited it in February is that the information we have been receiving on MED operational dates has been inaccurate (I choose my word carefully) for some time. I think

I genuinely applaud the positivity Ariel but I honestly don’t think EDL is a particularly good example of a business whose success we might wish to emulate. It may well have 40 staff and be producing revenue but it has a market cap of £4million.

The guys at KAT have seen nothing yet. They may well get project financing but before the project gets anywhere near happening they will have many many more placings to pay LC et al for their second job which they somehow fit in between all hard work here.
