LC has made career out of delays. There is every chance that this is still being further delayed at this same time next year.

Because of the disastrous EGM we now have the world believing that we have 1/10th of the shares In issue and that our actual tiny £2.8m market cap is £280k.

that Mozambique will happen. I do expect PPA and offtake agreements to be signed in the next 3-4 months despite LC being involved. This should provide the first genuine reason for a sustained rise in the SP providing LC has the rest of the ducks in a row (e.g.funding). I do believe that anyone new to this share has a very good chance of making a decent return. LTHs such as me who could not possibly invest any more here will therefore potentially recover some of their paper losses and have an opportunity to get out at either a reduced loss or possibly hang on to see if this does reach the heady heights of 3-5p again to break even. 300m shares at 30p/50p (after consolidation and warrants) =market cap of £90m-£150m. It’s the potential of 5 billion shares after equity funding which is the killer. LC needs to revisit that figure or explain why he thinks KIBO needs that much (40x current issued) headroom.

Your post reminds me that going forward we will probably see Bordesley spelled correctly which also confirms that we have been looking at the right site which remains as just a piece of wasteland.

KIBO have to consolidate. There is potential commitment to more shares with warrants being exercised than current total authorised shares. I find it hard to accept that it is legal to commit to warrants which the current authorised shares would not allow.

LC doesn’t do explaining. It’s his company and he can do exactly what he likes, allegedly.

I suggested that about a week ago and did not get a single response. It appears holders like LC more than I do. I cannot think of a single reason to keep him as our CEO. He knows no more about Africa than I do and is completely incapable of influencing or doing any proper business with anyone.

Without watching I know exactly what he said. ‘4 projects all making progress’. That’s what he has been saying for the last 6 years before flogging each one off for a pittance. Bots is next.

The big problem here is that there is no short term upside. MED is way off and will have negligible effect on cash flow. Actual PPAs might make a difference to the SP but they feel a long way off and I doubt whether they will give rise to the heady heights of 1p.

£100k now buys almost 5% of the company. Very sad. Not that much money to follow now.
