Just to be crystal clear for any potential new investors here. This is a dog of a share being run by a useless board who have achieved absolutely nothing in the past 7 years other than draw their salaries. All IMO but I have watched it all and hold loads of shares which are worth about 4% of what I paid for them. The fact that I am sitting on a huge loss does not negate my opinion. I could double or treble my holding here but think there is more chance of it going bust than anything else. But as always DYOR.

Let’s wait and see.

1. KIBO’s share of KAT will end up as sub 10%. If it 3 bags our share will be same a now.
2. Baobab - It will be delayed again. That’s what LC does.
3. MED - KIBO will end up with a tiny share of MED which itself might be years away from producing anything given it has been delayed from 2019 to 2021 already but LC will pay himself a third salary and obtain warrants at the first opportunity.

Deecay. There are newer holders who think that KIBO is working to a timescale. They will learn.

Thanks for being concerned about my mental Heath Kiwi. It’s fine and actually got nothing to do with this board. My posts are not rubbish because they don’t mirror yours. They are just as valid and are based on actual experience rather than blinkered optimism.

'I don't think it will matter what news is released here now for some holder' - what does that mean? All holders want actual news not just repeats of how the deck chairs are now being arranged as we sink. We have had no positive project progress news at all in 2020 (or 2019 for that matter). MED floating is neither here nor there and the number of shares available for LC to flog off or give away has nothing to do with progress. Its just continuous faffing about. Holders want REAL news not the same old drivel we have had for the past 5,6,7 years. The next 'NEWS' is likely to be a sell off of Bots for £25k after spending a lot of time and money talking it up but taking it nowhere. That would be another example of KIBO 'news' in which LTHs would have little interest.

I honestly couldn't give a toss if the bid changes by 0.05p, if its difficult to buy shares for a few seconds or if the spread is 10% or 50%. We currently have a worthless company spending all of its time messing about with anything but progressing any of the projects. We need major progress updates which show us and the market that KIBO has some substance other than enough cash in the bank to pay the directors their salaries. That is not a dig at posters but at the fact that there is nothing worth mentioning on here which actually means anything.

Next EGM will be 10:1 consolidation. LC is just doing what he wants in stages. 5 billion shares is nothing when you issue them like he does. He is floating MED, has more authorised shares, loads of Directors warrants, just raised more funds from the bucket shop. He now has nothing to do. Oh yeah there is always actually progressing the projects, god forbid.

I reckon every 6 months delay on ACTUAL project progress now adds about 1 billion shares. No rush then Louis. The increase in authorised shares gives you another 18 months before you need to do it again. Existing shareholders are going to be diluted down to nothing.

It is actually quite a remarkable achievement by LC to turn c. £30m of cash ‘invested’ in 6 or 7 projects into £3m. Not many people could manage that.

Next RNS will be about shares in issue after EGM. Maybe LC will then have an incentive to increase the SP as he will then have enough headroom to be able fulfil the warrants including his own.

Basically it remains a **** share and I can still sell my shares at the same 94% loss.

There is currently no real sustained rise. Still very close to all time low. Could be back at 0.15p tomorrow without some decent news.

Aerial. The glass half full stance is genuinely to be admired. With KIBO I think someone has run off with my glass. Have a good weekend.

Its just a crap share. Now 0.2p. Not trying to be difficult Aerial but the SP was dire and remains dire. There is as much chance of a close at 0.15p as 0.25p. The price yesterday and earlier today is totally irrelevant unless you are trading.

Its still meaningless unless you want out at 0.25p. We hit similar levels or higher in April and then sunk back to all time lows. The trend is still downwards and without KAT we would probably be sub 0.1p.
