Production of the accounts is a couple of days work. There is no business, no transaction volume. A payroll and a few supplier invoices. Does Louis not realise that KIBO is a tin pot business? I have more transactions than KIBO. The audit is a day of work at most. What is there to audit other than the value being given to the projects? Everything about KIBO is bloody useless.

RNS delaying publication of accounts. Typical KIBO. Blaming Covid although (as an Accountant myself) I have no idea how Coronavirus can be a cause for a delay in bookkeeping.

If only LC knew that. One would have thought it might be rule 1 for any CEO but ours appears to have been absent for that lesson.

I think the trick might be to ACTUALLY advance some of the projects rather than spending 100% of the time promising to advance them whilst faffing about with who owns what.

CF you are right. My goal is to recover half of my losses and I think that is overly ambitious. KIBO is undoubtedly the best example of a lifestyle company one is ever going to observe. The attempt by the BOD at the last EGM to effectively takeover the company in almost giveaway warrants was almost unbelievable. I say almost because this is KIBO. I too believe that LC will hide away from shareholders for a very very long time. Apart from his many obvious business failings he is definitely not a people person. The good news is that I don’t actually want to see the guy again as I find him incredibly annoying as he never has anything of any interest to say.

We issued at an average price of 0.0025116. and £70,000 of the £175,000 was the bloody fee. What is wrong with you?

The shares were issued at 0.24p. If you think that is a premium and worth getting excited about then you really are the desperate one. That's another 44 million shares in issue. Confetti.

It requires the votes of the only shareholders that continuously make money out of KIBO. Work it out.

How much of KAT does anyone sensibly think we will up with? It will be a fraction of current, that’s for sure.
Who will end up owning the Haneti resources once they are completely hived off. Certainly not KIBO shareholders.
