MED PLC is 'due' to list 'by Q4' so does that mean by 30th Sept or 31st Dec?

LC loves to use '100%' even when it is meaningless. KIBO owns 100% of nothing which has any value.

I wonder if any mates are involved in the deal? It certainly sounds like another chance for the usual suspects to get heir snout firmly back into the trough.

I think JDT sums it up quite nicely ' I feel like Kibo is now the “sacrificial” entity to get all the other ventures up and running'. KIBO now does nothing itself.

No one really cares any more. It’s all a load of hot air and KIBO will probably end up owning up a tiny fraction of it just like KAT.

RNS summary. More corporate action with promises. I love the bit about ‘allow us to bring Bordesley into production MUCH earlier than planned’. It’s already a year late and latest plan is for production in 4 months. So maybe (not probably) the deal goes through and Bordesley is up and running in 3 months. That’s MUCH earlier? Is LC being serious? To be honest I can’t be bothered to read the RNSs any more as they are all a load of tosh.

And since then LC has achieved absolutely zero, nothing , zilch, nada, diddley squat, jack, sweet fa, nicks, nought, not a dicky bird and not a sausage. In fact bugger all. Oh except decimate the share price and waste about £40m.

When I first bought KIBO shares there were around 125m shares in issue. 5 billion is an increase of 40 times. A 10:1 consolidation to allow further headroom would provide for a 400 fold increase. There was always going to be a significant dilution for equity partners but not 400 times existing. That’s why the £1 party is now 1p.
