To be honest the day to day minor fluctuations of the SP here are not particularly interesting. 0.15p on Monday, 0.35p on Wednesday and back to 0.15p on Friday just tells us that there is no substance on which any re-rate might be based. This is certainly the case for LTHs who are unlikely to want to crystallise huge losses at the heady heights of even 1p. The SP currently purely confirms we have a crappy outlook with a very poor CEO and minor fluctuations are completely meaningless unless you are a trader who can work with a typically huge spread.

Currently it remains a **** share with a bloody awful CEO

MCPP and/or Moz real progress is the hope of LTHs as that could provide catalyst for an SP of perhaps 2-3p++

and presumably we don't have to wait until 23.59 on the 30th September. Maybe LC will surprise us and announce them today or next week.

Will we get Moz agreements (actual signed) prior to September 30th or will the date be extended again? Maybe LC will actually deliver something tangible but the betting has to be on another extension. Fingers crossed though.

We obviously hope that their optimism is born out by progress but history suggests that LC is probably not up to the task.

Just like most days I can now sell my shares for 0.15p. 0.15p, 0.2p, 0.3p are all irrelevant to any LTH. I bought my last tranche at 0.45p just because I thought the BOD were getting in at the lowest possible SP. I would not have believed at that time that they would make a play for more shares and warrants at 0.2p a few weeks later.

We need to know the company’s plans regarding shares before the EGM otherwise we are just being asked to approve the same as the last meeting but in stages. If the plan is still to consolidate 10:1 after raising authorised shares to 5 bn, the chances of anyone here, including new holders, to make any money are vastly reduced. I never understood why a consolidation and 5bn shares was needed before and still don’t as a consolidation on its own gives massive headroom. In fact I am inclined to believe it was an error. What are your plans Louis?

I can sell my shares for a whole 0.2p. We need solid progress on the African projects. That the only place which can have a significant enough effect on the SP.

The RNSs we have received going back to April are listed below. Prior to this date there is more of the same plus ‘2020 is going to be a great year’. I don’t understand how LC can’t see that all he achieves is a complete load of nothing.

Exactly. The one thing we do not have here is a real business. That is my point, no actual business ever takes place, its just rejigging of structure and day-to-day financing to maintain KIBO's existence.
