Just to correct/clarify my earlier post. Consolidation gives the BOD all the room they need to dilute us all to oblivion. If we only have 125m shares LC immediately has the option to issue another 15 times that (including warrants) but for some reason he needs the headroom to issue 40 times the number of existing shares. That is totally ridiculous.

Consolidation does nothing other than reduce the number of shares and increase the SP accordingly. Increasing the authorised shares after consolidation is the permission to dilute holders into oblivion.

So we have another 400 million warrants exercisable now plus the existing 650 million from the last placing. In total that means we have shares and warrants in excess of our total authorised shares. Is that legal? It’s certainly not clever.

We don’t get to vote on fundraising. With LC we already have a signed death warrant. It’s a bit like making a run for it while we still have some life. He needs to go and the ONLY way of telling the BOD is to vote down every special resolution until he goes. He is a total, 100% waste of time and we will never see 1p again as long as he is in charge. Any shareholder who cannot see that now is completely delusional.

The RNS tells us again that he couldn’t give a toss about PIs as he thinks the majority of shareholders support him.

As long as LC remains CEO I will vote against anything the BOD proposes. I suggest every other PI does the same. Even Louis must get it eventually????

No Bordesley cash flow until 2021. It was originally sold as producing revenue in last quarter of 2019.

SP tells us all we need to know but LC just doesn’t see it.

The fact that Louis thinks it either accurate or appropriate to write that he has ‘the support of the majority of our shareholders’ confirms that he is totally clueless. It’s a clear insult to the majority of shareholders (not shares held) and shows he just does not get it. So we will have raised another million and the first £400k goes to the board plus the continuing salaries. We will need another raise in 5 months. And as for ‘anticipating’ that Bordesley might be up and running by the end of 2020. Wow even I would not have predicted another 6 months to complete something that should have been 2-4 weeks away from completion 4
Months again. LC please do the right thing and resign.

15p with how many shares in issue?

What an unbelievably shallow piece. No mention of the fact that the company recently failed to pass a load of dodgy resolutions at an EGM. Basically the premise of the article is that KIBO is valued at nothing and the broker note from a year or more ago said it should be 15p which is 60 times the current SP. The fact that the company has no cash and can’t raise any or that the BOD are useless appears to be of no importance.

There is undoubtedly an opportunity to make some money trading here. we could see the SP hit 0.35p before dropping back so the 4m and 8m buys make some sense.

After the excitement of 2 price monitoring RNSs and a stonking 20% ‘rise’ in the SP I can still sell my shares for 0.25p at a loss of 92%. Good here init?

Is KIBO still a going concern? We do not appear to have a BOD at present.

We are sitting just above our investment value in KAT. All other projects valued at £1m or peanuts.

I think you mean he is an incomplete clown as he definitely couldn’t achieve becoming a complete clown.

If there were a leak the SP would have dropped even further. Unless it’s LC’s resignation.
