Unfortunately there is every possibility of 0.05p or this going bust before we get to that point. Coronavirus or not LC continues to be a complete and utter failure. I don’t think a small amount (nobody actually knows the amount as with all things KIBO, shareholders are not given any details) of cash flow from MED will make any difference either, even if it does ever happen.

I don’t think there will be many sending messages of congratulations to LC if this rises 70% to 0.34p from its 0.2p low.

Come on guys a £280 buy at 0.3p in no way represents an endorsement of the RNS. It was the same old drivel which we have seen in countless RNSs over the past 5-6 years. I don’t actually know how LC can even bear writing it again and again.

I too am busy working from home but I have enough time to read the RNS and quickly realise it says absolutely nothing we haven’t heard 100 times before. Everything is progressing is the only message we ever get. We will be progressing after the virus and progressing next year and the year after. The RNS contains not a single new phrase or piece of information. MED was going to be late before COVID, we all know that. We were discussing PPAs and offtake deals when LC made his last appearance in front of
PIs well over a year ago. We are still discussing them. Apparently that is progress in LC’s world. LC has led KIBO to a point where it is on its knees. I don’t think he needs a break I think he needs to remove himself permanently.

Phew. That’s another chunk of the 3 $500m projects got rid of for $1m. What an astute businessman LC really is. We will probably see the same with MCPP, Bots, MED and Moz. That will save all costs and no distractions for the BOD whatsoever. I thought the whole point was to develop projects to production, not to fund them to that point and then give them away. I really have a lot to learn.

Where were the PPAs and off take agreements the company was working at finalising before the end of last year (pre virus)?

There’s one huge hole in the ‘good news’ argument, KIBO NEVER has any.

Nope can’t have that. LC misses every date no matter what it is for, both specific dates and more generally when ‘our stars are aligning’ or ‘our ship is sailing’.

Its highly likely that the 2 x 50,000 shares just sold for 2 x £108 were purchased for 2 x £3000 (or perhaps more) at a time when LC was telling shareholders that the company was being undervalued by the market. That might put those statements more into context.

I’m guessing you haven’t been around very long because such statements from the company mean absolutely nothing. A bit like me stating I am going to win the lottery by 2022. In fact that is more likely. There will always be a reason for LC et al to not deliver. They have so far delivered nothing other than massive dilution and their own salaries. I see no reason why this should not continue unless the company goes bust.

JD - LC appears to be completely out of control. He does what he likes when he likes. He has a responsibility to KIBO shareholders but appears to ignore it. Why indeed are we chucking Shares at a company when the milestones have not been met. It makes no sense whatsoever.

The only was LC knows how to get funding is by giving away huge numbers of shares. Who, in their right mind would provide KIBO with debt funding given the performance of its BoD who appear to be clueless. There is also the tiny problem of there being absolutely nothing to fund apart from the incomes of the BoD.

Now valued at £2.5m. LC’s house is probably worth more.
