Since the announcement about the completion of client selection for Momelotinib trials, the volume of share traded has increased significantly but the SP has gone in the wrong direction. The market is clearly underwhelmed by the company only seeming to have a focus on a treatment for rare cancer that probably will be granted Orphan status. The market is sending a clear message that it expects much more from the company in terms of developing its pipeline and it the share price is likely to continue its downward trend. I imagine that the warning signals have been heeded by the management and that it is now going full throttle on securing SRA737 deals for combination studies that have revealed extremely promising results over the last two years. It’ s kick backside time now.

If I am reading this correctly, this study is suggesting that if you stop the Cytokines storm prevalent in Covid 19 you not only save lives but you also go a long way towards preventing long covid ie long covid is all down to the body’s inflammatory response. Makes sense as it is already clear that inflammation is the route cause of most human ailments. It makes TYK2 all the more important as the burden on the State to support long covid effects is already running into billions of pounds.

Glen. SDc1801 was trialed against Tofacitinib in the lab - I think it was in relation to Lupus but Ahfam will know as he often refers to it . At that time Tim Mitchell commented ‘ we believe we are entering this space ( Autoimmune) with a strong candidate that exhibits potentially best in class features. We will continue our discussion with potential partners for this exciting candidate.
