Mafuta - Sareum will choose the best option for Covid trials. They may get an Agile option but may also prefer to take a better option and choose that. Agile is not the b all and end all.

As has been made clear in the last RNS, Agile is one of a number of options being considered by Sareum. One thing is for sure it is going into covid trials. It just depends on the best option available for the company. As I have said I would prefer a partnership approach.

If the 33 percent turns out to be accurate then that’s 21,990,450 getting the Delta variant in the UK. The nature article I posted earlier states that findings showed that 1 in 10 who have covid go on to Long Covid, so that’s around 2,199,450 uk citizens. That’s a lot of people who may have the equivalence of an Autoimmune disease. If Sd1801 was found to work effectively how much would that be worth to Sareum in terms of UK and Rest of World treatments.?

Better so some research on SRA737 - it is a big as SD1801. What’s more it’s been thru phase1/2 cancer trials and Sierra oncology are considering combo trials with drugs like Keytruda. These combo trials have produced extremely exciting results in the lab. News imminent of SRA737 in my opinion and don’t be surprised if we get that news soon.

It’s focus is on the immune system overreaction not whatever is causing it. So yes in my opinion it should be world news. That is why it is a potential mega blockbuster.

Yes. The longer this virus sticks around the more variants there will be. Unlike the shallow thinkers, Government scientific advisors and the World Health Organisation are fully aware that vaccinations are only part of the solution and that there is an urgent need for different armoury in the future. These developments are making Therapeutic treatments like Sareum’s SD1801 even more vital than ever. You don’t win a War with one strategy.

Recent Director, institution buying and Sierra’s recruitment campaign seem to suggest we are not too far off a major announcement on forward plans for SRA737. If that is announced over the next month or so It can only mean further strengthening of the Sareum share price. SRA737 is no sideshow. It is a potential blockbuster itself which has already gone through phase 2 clinical trials.

I would guess that with Agile approval, there would be an element of being beholden to the Government. I tend to side with Potnak and favour a partnership approach. It probably all depends if the PM wants to go all out on securing an Agile deal so that he can get the kudos from ‘ take a pill and go home’’. Do not underestimate the attraction of a pill in easing pressure on the NHS. That is the Governments sole focus.
