Krone- whilst I am not as enthusiastic as some about taking the Agile route, I would not write it off at this stage. It is only 4 weeks since the results of the trials were published and we are at that time of year when the virus is at its least potent. Do not under estimate the political angle here as Politicians will be anxious to ensure that news is released at a time which fits in with their wider Covid strategy and sees them in the best of light. Tim and Johns’ comments in the RNS also suggests that there was a lot of discussions to be had about the best way forward and those do take time. I do think that we will get an update of developments either in the next few days or during next week.

Thoth - fascinating Washington Post Article. Noticed near the end that an official ( Wallendorf) had left DARPA and now works for the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation said ‘looking back 10 years was trying to solve the problem of speed to protect American forces’. I can see now why we may be being supported by the Foundation. Should that be the case, could we be in line for a partnership arrangement with them?

The recent Nature article pointed towards post covid being an autoimmune disease cause by the immune system being thrown out of kilter by the virus. There were no traces of the virus in most patients, three weeks after infection. This backs up a growing amount of evidence that auto immune causes most of the body’s ailments. So on that basis, Thoth’s point about Sd1801 ( and Sc 1802) being strategic compounds cannot be understated. The potential here is mind boggling. I just hope Any Government involvement does not get in the way of wider commercial interests.

I would have thought that the details of the SD1801 Covid 19 trial and how it would be delivered would need to be finalised by the end of August at the latest. That would allow for a 12 week trial with final outcomes published around late November. If proved to be successful that would enable manufacturing of the compound to be undertaken in December with production guided by Orders put in shortly after the announcement of trials. The aim would be to have the treatment available by Mid January. Any views on timetable welcome.

Cobalts. I’ve got most of my shares in an ISA. But I do keep reading that MOST Aim shares are exempt from Capital Gains tax. The problem is I have yet to find out anything about which type of aim share would be subject to the tax. One for the tax experts.

Unite . The patent approvals keep adding more value in the negotiations with interested partners. That’s the important issue - not whether it has an impact on a daily share price. All the nuts and bolts are being put together to make the complete final package. Patience required!

Luton, I agree. Hiding SRA737 away when knowing the increasing evidence of its efficacy in combination studies is disingenuous to say the least ( some would say criminal) and very misleading to many investors who think that SRA737 is not even part of the Sierra portfolio anymore. It’s been in Dilley’s back pocket for far too long. He needs to extract it now and come cleancome clean , get the combo studies going and start building Sierra into the pharmaceutical company they say it wants to be.

And it needs to be very soon. The many institutions invested in Sierra were promised fireworks and all they have had to date is a very damp squib. Reflected in the downward trajectory of the share price. Dilley has not got time on his hands so he needs to come up with the plan for SRA 737. It’s now or never.

Please do not continue to use the heading ‘Agile RNS’. It has been put there by Syndicare in an effort to mislead. I have already challenged him but he has continued to use it

Sindicate- not sure why you have posted the headline ‘Covid RNS’. You should already know that Sareum has stated that it has a number of options available for putting SDC1801 into clinical covid trials. They will be consulting experts in the field as to what would be the best route to take. Agile is simply one of a number of options and it will be Sareum that makes the decision.

Let’s not forget the Sierra filing of a prospectus for a 150 million dollars on Aug 6th 2020. What is that for?

Dilley is under pressure as the share price continues to disappoint. He needs some good news soon as results for Momelotinib are not due until well into next year. The share price will continue to dive if he simply sits on his hands.
