I wonder if there is an attractive partnership being dangled before them which may be linked to the High Net Worth Individual which might result in them getting a better return compared to Agile where you would be more under the control of the Government. Just had a few beers so imagination starting to run wild but would be interested to hear any views.

Yes. Test and a pill to be taken at home is just what the government ordered. Their key priority is to protect the NHS from extreme pressure in the winter months. And of course these are the same priorities for governments around the World. As Thoth said “ This is so much bigger than most think”.

Government has been kept well informed of progress and would have already had internal discussions with their experts. As such, I am expecting a decision on Agile very soon, even tomorrow or next week.

It has already been made clear in the RNS in June that the trials for Autoimmune diseases would be started in early 2022. This is to take full advantage of the findings from the Covid trials that we expect to be fast tracked through Agile this summer. The findings from the Covid trials if successful would greatly speed up the autoimmune trials. The fact that Sareum has not changed its position on the Autoimmune trial dates suggests to me that they are confident of getting Agile support.

That’s a lot of cancers that could be treated with SRA737 in combination. Along with SDC 1801 and SD 1802 that’s why so many people are invested in this jewel of a company.

Great find citizen. More validation of SRA 737 and further mention of potential of combination trials. Clinical phase 3 trials hopefully to be announced soon by Sierra Oncology SRA737. Mind boggling potential for a small company like Sareum. But in my view we have got a very special Chief Scientific Officer. It’s all about potential of ground breaking science.

The current thinking on human ailments is that most if not all are down to our own immune system overreacting. It you can effectively control the immune system as the latest inhibitors are looking to do then where does that take us in the future? Initially there will be massive profits to be made but what happens after that is open to debate.

Correct me if I am wrong but I am sure Tim has mentioned that SDC1801 could also be effective in treating influenza. The Government is concerned about next winter’s Flu variants because of low flu levels this year, which makes it more difficult to work out what effective vaccines to produce. So there may be many more doses of SDC1801 required on top of that needed for Covid?

Davies - yes noticed that. Presumably all that’s left to do is gather together the lab data for presentation which they seem confident about the outcome. Looks to me that an announcement may come before end of June, but only an opinion.
