RE: 100p/share in a buyout4 Mar 2024 06:48
Bearing in mind that BOTB multibagged over x 71,
GGP multibagged over x 63,
EUA multibagged over x 36,
VCP multibagged over x 63,
ESG multibagged over x 41,
NCYT multibagged over x 100,
SNG multibagged over x 100,
SAR multibagged over x 30,
TPST multibagged over x 39
and ARB multibagged over x 100 you woud have to conclude that if they can do it then so can HE1 if and when we get big news of a JV or M&A activity.
Having been invested in GGP when they signed their JV agreement with Newcrest I can vouch for the mega rise that happened from under 3p to over 35p. The really lucky ones were those invested in GGP since the 0.55 days of 2018 who saw a x 65 increase in their holding. "Mega Multi-Bags" do happen, as the above companies highlight. Your 100p a share prediction is probably pushing it but 30p a share to 50p a share is possible if we are valued as a £Billion to £2 Billion Pound + company. e.g. RKH (Rockhopper 13p to 550p) and Greatland (GGP 3p to 35p) both had £Billion valuations for a time when they experienced their monumental share price gains.
In a nutshell, it can and does happen, especially when you factor in the size of the helium & hydrogen resources being talked about. e.g. Noble are believed to have discovered about $4.5 Billion worth of helium in the ground from just one target, which is the adjacent well to HE1's Itumbula West-1. Hence the excitement of "a company making discovery". Noble is basing this on a 2-3% helium flow rate. We've announced a 4.7% helium flow rate. Therefore, HE1 could be worth $Billions on this basis. So, a 30p a share to 50p a share / a 1 Billion to 2 Billion Pound valuation then comes in to play. Great news if your are a HE1 shareholder!
