This is massive anyway when 0.3 percent or more is considered necessary for commercial helium extraction. 4.7% is huge but 10.4% is incredible in this industry.

Yes, a Term Sheet or JV announcement for an earn-in and joint venture agreement with a major helium business will see the share price will sail past 10p. Remember GGP went from 3p to over 30p when its JV deal with Newcrest was announced. The magnitude of the Itumbula West-1 has been described as a game changer for a reason. Today is has been described in the interview as a "discovery". In our sector that's a big moment. Once we hear that officially via a stock market RNS announcement the re-rate will really begin in earnest.

Yes, a JV / MOU could be announced soon. My guess would be an official confirmation RNS next of a "discovery" and the commercial opportunity that has arisen. We've had the un-official discovery confirmation today via the interview. Stock market rules will require an RNS soon. The last RNS made it abundantly clear that helium is flowing to the surface in "such significant concentrations", that this "has confirmed a globally unique helium producing province". You really cannot be more clear than that. This looks massive for HE1 and its shareholders.

It didn't take many months for ARB to go from 10p to over 300p i.e. October to February for the mega ARB x 100. We've also seen NCYT rapidly rise by a whopping x 100. i.e. "Mega Multi-Bags" do happen. If you are invested in HE1 you need to be thinking months to replicate a NCYT, SNG, ARB, BOTB, GGP, EUA, TPST, RKH, VCP, ESG etc. HE1 could certainly be next though. That 10.4% helium reference in the November RNS and the recent confirmation of 4.7% helium was a major sign that things are looking very very encouraging at HE1's Itumbula west-1 well, as the latest video today has reinforced.

The facts are that a 4.7% helium flow is not to be sniffed at. That is 9,000 times above background levels. The 2.2% hydrogen flow is over 37,000 times above background levels. Plus don't forget that reference to 10.4% back in November. If and when a JV is unveiled HE1 is going to join the mega multi-bag club. Here's some more facts for you Js15:

Yes, that will certainly be interesting JV partners, especially when you factor in that commercial helium is extracted from natural gas when the helium concentration is above 0.3%. We are up to 4.7% and could be up to 10.4% at the Itumbula West 1 well according to the HE1 RNS in November. i.e. We could be looking at something even bigger at Itumbula than we first thought.

Yes, those lab results will be of great interest to major helium players such as Linde, Exxon, Messer, APD, Siemens, Air Liquide, Helium24 etc. They, along with many other conglomerates, will all be watching developments at Itumbula West closely with a view to a JV with HE1. That is when the HE1 share price will get really interesting. Not long to wait.

I highly recommend the 2 part post from Skittish from 10.18pm last night. It's fantastic. As someone else has also said it reminds me of the detective work on lse during the GGP mega rise.There was also some excellent sleuthing on lse with Sareum back in 2020/2021 during its mega rise from 0.3 to 9p. Both GGP and SAR turned out to be huge back then for the patient investor. The research appearing on this HE1 forum is very reminiscent to the top posting at both GGP and SAR pre their mega multi-bag gains. Well done Skittish and thanks. Bring on that JV!

Yes, the next RNS will hopefully be news of a licencing deal similar to the BioNTech one outlined on here. This will be the next exciting chapter of the HEMO journey for us all. If this is not going to be with a big pharmaceutical company then it certainly could be via Prevail and its network. The fact that United Therapeutics’ market value gained over $300 million on the back of Prevail's investment was, to say the least, very exciting for all HEMO share holders. That £300 million added value would make HEMO a £335 Mcap company. I think we would all be happy with that! i.e. We obviously have the right partner on board. Prevail certainly have an impressive track record of helping small companies get in to clinical trials and therefore creating value. This all bodes well for the coming days, weeks and months ahead as we head in to the clinic.

Investors might soon realise just how much GST is undervalued. e.g. CABP's Mcap is £240 Million. GST's Mcap is just £22 Million. Plus just look at WISE. It now has a MCAP of over £8.5 Billion. Not a bad business model for GST to replicate. In summary, GST is operating in a massive growth market. There has been a great deal of work undertaken over the last 2 years to progress GST in to a global player. Exciting times ahead. Will we hear news very soon? I think so.

The clock is ticking down to the next RNS regarding the evaluation of the well results at Itumbula West-1. The previous time frame for the Tai-3 well was 7th November - 20th November. If this time frame is replicated for Itumbula we should be hearing pretty soon on how they plan to advance the Itumbula West-1 well.

Commercial production typically requires helium concentrations between 0.04-0.35%. HE1 is reporting that it is looking at helium concentrations up to 4.7% at the Itumbula West-1 well. i.e. This is way way way above 0.04-0.35%. We also have been briefed via RNS in November of the helium seep measuring up to 10.4%. Hence why HE1 is "potentially a world-class helium source". Remember too that ours is pure helium without hydrocarbons. I'm really looking forward to the JV announcement in due course when we become the next GGP, RKH, ARB, NCYT Mega Multi-Bagger.
