"Further updates in the near future" - HE1 Chair, James Smith, RNS 7th March 2024. That is pretty unequivocal from the Chairman of HE1 about another update soon. Watch this space.

I would recommend reading the excellent post "Renergen & Helium One Comparison" and the links within LOTM's research. It supports the conclusion that Itumbula / Tanzania is going to be transformational for HE1. Plus don't forget what HE1 Chairman, James Smith, said last week about "providing further updates in the near future."

I agree with the shareholder at the AGM and on here who said that Tim should be moved sideways to a scientific role and an experienced CEO appointed to run the business PDQ. They may well be great scientists but their business skills - which includes the ability to raise finance, choose the right advisors, manage investor relations, communicate and inspire confidence - needs addressing quickly before it is too late. The post consolidation honeymoon period was an excellent opportunity to raise significant funds. They didn't raise finance when they could and should and it is proving disastrous for existing investors who have seen the share price implode. My 128,000 shares will be voting for the removal of Stephen Parker as Chair and Tim Mitchell as CEO, with TM moving to CSO. The disdain for share holders at the last AGM was palpable and it made me very uneasy about my investment. Today's announcement reinforces my unease about the direction of travel.

How did we get to this point; "Providing alternative funding is secured, the Board of Directors remains confident that the Company is on course to deliver topline Phase 1a results in Q2 2024". So many funding opportunities missed in 2021 and 2022 and now we have the message

- "Providing alternative funding is secured".

- "Due to downward pressure on the Company's share price, Sareum has been unable to draw down the third prepayment under the Facility".

AND who's fault is that Mr Mitchell and Mr Parker?

Yes and as Helium is the new gold your long term strategy is a smart one. The major players in the market, such as Linde (71 Billion), Exxon (406 Billion), Apd (48 Billion), Air Liquide (89 Billion) etc are all multi billion businesses that could be looking to monetise what HE1 are potentially sitting on at the Itumbula West-1 well. Any sniff of a major player showing interest and the HE1 share price would then certainly replicate a GGP scenario of 3p to 30p+. It's interesting to mention too that GGP achieved a Billion MCAP during its mega gain. These are exciting times for HE1.

The next RNS could be transformational for HE1 and could include:

- The resource estimates and if they happen to be as good as many of us expect then that will be the next value inflection point for the share price.

or

- The possibly of an MOU regarding a vendor for production facilities. That would be another positive tipping point for the share price.

Yes and the good news is that we were promised "Further updates in the near future" by HE1 Chairman, James Smith (7th March 2024 in the Results RNS). For example, if it is an update on:

1: The resource estimates and they happen to be as good as many of us expect then that will be the next value inflection point for the share price.

or

2: There's also possibly an MOU in the pipeline regarding a vendor for production facilities. That would be another positive tipping point for the share price.

There really is too much emphasis being put on waiting until Q3 when in fact we have at least 2-3 quite monumental company transforming announcements potentially coming soon. I wouldn't want to be out of HE1 when any of these RNS' are announced.

I like what HE1 have communicated in their recent RNS'. The data emanating from the Itumbula well sounds like a world beater. Therefore, the futility of day trading a company such as HE1 is a risky game. I learned early on that day trading was ok for a 25% - 50% gain and the rare 200% gain (there's nothing wrong in that strategy either) but for the big "Mega Multi-Baggers" - a x25, a x 50 or even a x 100 - you have to be invested for more than a few days or weeks. As I expect the HE1 share price to hit 10p in 2024 and possibly much higher with a JV I'm waiting & watching from the sidelines until we hit my exit target of 30p a share / Billion valuation. Best of luck if you are trying to trade this share on a daily basis but the reality is that the big multi mega gains will come over the next year to two years not in the next week or even the next month. GGP, which I was invested in, is a classic example of 0.60 to 35p. Well worth the 2 year wait. ARB, another of my Mega Multi Baggers, climbed from 3.5p in 2020 to over 300p 12 months later. I'm just pointing out, before the brick bats come flying in (!), that sometimes it's worth ignoring the negative noise if you believe in your investment strategy. Therefore, based on all the data RNS'd so far HE1 looks a compelling BUY to me. A JV or MOU in 2024 will see the HE1 share price soar. That's why I'm invested in HE1 for the long haul.

Yes Wimbledon and "Further updates in the near future" is what HE1 Chairman, James Smith said last week (7th March 2024 in the Results RNS). i.e. "THE NEAR FUTURE". That is pretty unequivocal from the Chairman of HE1 about another update soonish. I'm laid back about the daily fluctuations. I view HE1 as an excellent JV / Takeover kind of share and I just ignore the daily noise. I'm happy with what the company has RNS'd.

Can you imagine where QBT could be within a 2 month time frame if all the chatter on various forums / boards yesterday & today becomes a reality? The early holders in ARB saw their investment rise X100 from under 3p to over 300p in 24 months between Feb 2019 and Feb 2021. The big rise happened in the 2 month period between Dec 2020 to Feb 2021 when the price rose from 10p to over 300p. Lots of chat out there that this could be next? An interesting few weeks coming up.

Well, Gardin is on the record stating that the £2 million fundraise would fund QBT "through to revenue,”. It is certainly the case that QBT is the talk of the town today not just here but on the other boards too, with 100p+ predictions / takeover within a month / the next ARB 10p to 300p etc chat. Could get interesting very soon?

Yes, Flava, spot on. A JV / MOU will see this sail past 10p+. Patience is often rewarded in this scenario. e.g. The mega rises at ARB, RKH, GGP, SAR, NCYT, BOTB, EUA, VCP, POS, PYC, TPST & Axsome didn't happen in a few days/weeks they took months. But my goodness the gains were huge, in some cases x 100.

Those 1 Million buys just keep on appearing and the 2 Million buys and the 2.5 Million buys. i.e. shares leaving the impatient and moving to the patient investor:

For those of us lucky enough to have experienced the mega gains of GGP, ARB etc we've seen how the detractors come and go on these boards with negative messaging. As HE1 Chairman, James Smith, said in the Results section of the RNS last week:

1. "The results from Itumbula can only be seen as transformational for the Company"

2. "Flowing helium concentrations at these levels to surface position Itumbula in the top section of major helium producing fields"

3. "The results acquired across both wells will now hold our focus as we look to evaluate the best way to advance this project in the most effective way possible"

4. "This is an exciting time for the Company, and we look forward to providing further updates in the near future."

i.e. HE1 is hardly a company that is not going to be issuing positive news during 2024!

Remember, it took 4 months for ARB to go from 10p to over 300p. A little patience is required here if you want to be sitting on a x 30, a x 50 or even a x 100 Mega Multi-Bagger in due course.

Yes, 5085, all the detritus on here about no news until the year end is nonsense. It's actually laughable. There will of course be a steady flow of regular news updates from HE1 between now and then. To experience a serious "Multi Bagger" you need patience. HE1 looks like another GGP, RKH, SAR, ARB, NCYT in the making. i.e. a x 30, a x 50 or even a x 100"Mega Multi-Bagger". When the next HE1 RNS appears and it catches everyone out - as happened for example with GGP and RKH - then the charts and technical stuff will become redundant. e.g. GGP's share price went from under 3p to over 35p and for those invested in GGP since the 0.55 days of 2018 saw a x65 increase in their holding. We are very likely to see something similar here based on the prolific helium data announced by HE1. You have to be in it to win it as they say!

When the next HE1 RNS appears and it catches everyone out - as happened for example with GGP and RKH - then the charts and technical stuff will become redundant. The impetus will be huge. e.g. GGP's share price went from under 3p to over 35p and for those invested in GGP since the 0.55 days of 2018 saw a x65 increase in their holding. We are very likely to see something similar here. All the scare mongering on here about no news until the year end is rubbish. There will be regular news updates from HE1 between now and then. That is when the fair value and charts will look as though they are from a bygone age, just like some of the dinosaurs on this board who clearly have never had the patience to experience a serious multi bagger before. HE1 looks like another GGP, RKH, SAR, ARB, NCYT mega multi-bagger in the making. Patience is the name of the game here to achieve a x 30, a x 50 or even a x 100.

And another Million buy, below. Close of play trades will be interesting today. Every few minutes today is showing a million + buy. I'll not keep posting on this subject as I would be doing it every 5 minutes and you can dyor but it is intriguing. i.e. Astute buyers are mopping up HE1 shares in multiples of no less than a million and they are doing it every few minutes. This is fascinating as it tells a totally different story to what is being written on here today !!
