Yes, I saw that £8.5 Million per year sales figure in the presentation too for the MT-RNR1 ID Kit. Plus they have guided via RNS a figure of £46.8 million from EU revenues and £34 million each year from USA revenues. These are BIG numbers for the MT-RNR1 ID Kit.

Greatland (GGP) is a great example. When they signed their JV agreement with Newcrest GGP's share price went from under 3p to over 35p and for those invested in GGP since the 0.55 days of 2018 saw a x65 increase in their holding. We could be about to see something similar here. Pretty sure HE1 will follow suit with a JV. That is when the share price is really going to rocket and when the fair value and charts will look as though they are from a bygone age. We could get a MOU announcement soon.

A £100 million mcap equates to 76p a share approx. In this sector that is very cheap. At least four licencing deals in the pharma industry in 2023 were bigger than that figure! Buy outs in this space are regularly in the hundreds of millions of pounds and in some cases in the billions of pounds. e.g. GDR's Chairman, Ian Gilham, sold his Axis-Shield business for £250 million and he was chairman of Horizon Discovery which was sold for £300m.

HE1 has been one of the most bought in to stocks over the last 3 months for a reason. i.e. a competent person's report has stated that there is 2.8billion cubic feet of helium at Tai alone. This figure excludes the huge find at Itumbula. DYOR. This is huge and represents an amount equating to around half of the annual current global demand.

In summary, it certainly doesn't sound to me that HE1 is dragging its feet! They look as though they are busy focusing on advancing their plans to achieve commerciality at the earliest opportunity and in the most effective way possible, as per their guidance.

With NICE recommending both the Genedrive CYP2C19-ID and MT-RNR1 kits momentum is growing at last for GDR.

News could come at any time. If it's confirming the very positive resource update that many are expecting then we are looking at 10p+. It will send the share price soaring.

Yes and these buys have just gone through at £10.500 GBP, £31.500 GBP and£26.250 GBP. Follow the money.

Yes and it's also because those that have done their research also know that a competent person's report reckoned that there might be as much as 2.8billion cubic feet of helium at Tai alone, excluding the find at Itumbula. That's an amount which equates to around half of the annual current global demand. Hence, why HE1 has been one of the most bought in to stocks over the last 3 months. It's also why the MM's want all your shares. i.e. they know what's likely to happen to the share price on positive news.

If you are in the right share at the right time BIG gains do happen. It's fine to have an opposing negative view but it's also worth pointing out these facts:

GGP multibagged x 63 at 6,300%

EUA multibagged x 36 at 3,650%

VCP multibagged x 63 at 6,312%

ESG multibagged x 41 at 4,190%

We've seen POS multibag x 15 recently from 2p to over 30P.

Prior to that six months ago TPST went up over x 39 in a couple of days.

Axsome achieved a x 54 in 12 months.

NCYT achieved a x 100.

SNG went from 7p to 246p x 35.

SOU went up from 2p to 70p x 35

Plus we all saw the mega rise at RKH Rockhopper.

In summary, BIG gains do happen and it's clear that many investors believe that HE1 could very well be next due to what is occuring at the Itumbula West-1 well currently. A sniff of a positive update regarding a major player signing a MOU and we will see 10p a share in a flash. Don't believe me? See the above gains!

Don't be fooled by the negative posters on here and just stay focused on the facts is my best advice. i.e. Commercial production typically requires helium concentrations between 0.04-0.35%. HE1 is reporting that it is looking at helium concentrations up to 4.7% at the Itumbula West-1 well. i.e. This is way way way above 0.04-0.35%. We also have been briefed via RNS in November of the helium seep measuring up to 10.4%. Hence why HE1 is "potentially a world-class helium source". Remember too that ours is pure helium without hydrocarbons. I'm really looking forward to the partnership announcements in due course when we become the next GGP, RKH, ARB, NCYT Mega Multi-Bagger.

Yes, and don't forget that The Times newspaper recently rated HE1 as a "BUY". From The foot of the Times article it said "Our take: The update represents a significant event for HE1 with results from the down hole well testing confirming the presence of a producing helium province in the Rukwa Rift Basin. Flowing helium to surface in high concentrations will be well received by investors ahead of further evaluation to determine commerciality. BUY".

CEO Lorna Blaisse has also been quoted about "advancing this project in the most effective way. One that will aim to achieve commerciality at the earliest opportunity". i.e. we are not going to hang around and code for this is too big for us and we need an Exxon, Linde, APD etc for a MOU / Partnership. Watch this space. Plus, don't forget that Rockhopper (RKH) went from 15p to 450p on good news & Greatland (GGP) went x 65 from .55p to over 35p with its JV. Big gains do happen.

Brighty1 is correct. For example, I held 6.4 Million SAR shares which became 128,000 shares after the ridiculous tinkering in February 2022 and these were acquired in tranches around the 0.20 pence to 0.35 pence region in the previous few years. In old money the share price hit nearly 10 pence intraday in 2021. In new money that was in the region of 500 pence a share but as I recall it on the 50-1 share consolidation day in 2022 the share price had reduced to the equivalent new price of about 350 pence? i.e. It has fallen from 350 pence to 10 pence (new money) since. It is nice to see some positivity here. I can see the logic in a share price of over 100p in due course too but I am less fulsome in my praise of how the company has conducted its financial affairs.

To put the HE1 Tanzania Itumbula discovery into perspective people need to understand that the global consumption of helium is about 6 billion cubic feet (Bcf) per annum, with China alone importing 1 Bcf a year. Annual demand is expected to increase from 6.0Bcf to 8.5Bcf by 2030. But here's the thing that is piquing my interest: Independent experts have calculated a probable resource of 54 Billion Cubic Feet (BCf) in just one part of the rift valley where HE1 is drilling. Fact: This is enough to fill over 1.2 million medical MRI scanners. So, you can only conclude that there is going to be a stampede to buy in to HE1 by major players via a JV or takeover at some stage. i.e. The helium resource discovered by HE1 is huge. Let that sink in!

Once people really get to grips with the magnitude of the HE1 find in Tanzania with regards to the actual numbers involved they won't want to miss out. We are talking about $105 Million in annual revenue based on 350,000 Mcf/year capacity & Helium prices of $300mcf with an 89% EBITDA margin of $94 Million. That could significantly increase subject to production levels and wells. These are very big numbers. A JV / Takeover is only a matter of time here.
