Yes, a couple of points to factor in here re our value. Webis has renewed all of its licences, some with options to 2030 (California). A very smart move. There is significant value attached to the licences. e.g. as a snap shot, back in 2020 it was being proposed that new entrants in California would have to pay $10 million dollars as a fee for a licence where as existing operators (such as Webis) would have their fees halved. Why pay $10 million for a licence when you can buy a ready made business, such as Webis. The start up costs etc would make Webis attractive in the £75 million range re a takeover. i.e. The WEB share price & Mcap is tiny when compared to the value of all of our licences in North Dakota, California, Maryland, Colorado, Minnesota, New York, Washington and Kentucky. I don't think people understand the magnitude of these licences and how much it would cost a new entrant to start up a similar business. Hence why M&A activity for WEB by a big player will happen here at some stage. Also, as an aside when the WEB share price moves here it moves quickly and has gone from 1p to 8p in a few days before. The other point to flag up is that in this space share price movements can be quite stunning. In March 2021 B90's share price rose from 4.58p to 38p in a few days.

Yes, and 5p a share is just for starters in the run up to an RNS confirming a Term Sheet or JV announcement for an earn-in and joint venture agreement with a major helium business. When that happens we will see the share price sail past 10p a share. Remember GGP went from 3p to over 30p when its JV deal with Newcrest was announced. The magnitude of the helium find at Itumbula West-1 has been described as a "game changer" for a reason.

£75 Million would be the minimum fair value sale price based on the asset worth of the licences, all of which have been renewed. i.e. Webis has its ducks in a row. What good timing for M&A activity / discussions! I have been buying this over the last 3 months from 1.15p with a minimum x 10 in mind of 15p a share as my exit price / £75 Million approx. California debt / USA Presidential elections and a recognition that CA will follow other US states re betting (eventually) should see this re-rate in 2024/2025. £75 Million, by the way, is a cheap entry point for a major player.

8 minutes in James Cheek does indeed talk about "Specialist Commissioning" and says "very similar to what we did at Roche".

From my notes from 30/11/23 and having re-viewed the Investor Meet presentation he talks about how "Roche went round the loop for 4 years with a product the NHS 'wanted' but didn't sell to NHS until 'Special Commissioning'."

"What I've noticed is GDR has been going down the same rabbit hole" James Cheek quote. "First thing I did when I arrived at GDR was say 'lets get that done'."

He says in the Investor Meet call that he has "been speaking to key people, such as Sue Hill and Alex McLoughlin, and he feels "there is an acceptance sooner rather than later". i.e. Acceptance of Specialist Commissioning" and "that it will happen". His words. i.e. that's what the CEO of GDR said on the Investor Meet call.

Plus "FDA very supportive. Hope to bring you news on this by the end of the year (2023) or early next year". CEO quote.

So, will we be hearing about "Specialist Commissioning" plus progress with the FDA soon? According to our CEO on the Investor Meet call we should be hearing positive news at some stage and his time frame was pretty clear on the Investor Meet call. Have a listen 8 minutes in for approx 10 minutes. It's time for Mr Cheek to tell us more I believe.

I view GDR as a crashed and burned share that could have a big bounce back up to the 20p-30p range. i.e. a x 5 mega bag. I've therefore been buying in to GDR, since December at 6p, on the back of the comment made by CEO James Cheek in the Investor Meet briefing about getting the MT-RNR1 ID Kit "special assent", or similar wording, as Roche had done when he was working at that company? I'm sure Mr Cheek said this or close to this. The inference being, as I heard it, that funding would then be taken care of? Does anyone have a copy of the Investor Meet call as this would be worth checking. I'll try and go back and read my notes.

On a side issue it is worth pointing out that GDR has stated that funding is to be made available for real world evidence generation (NICE EVA) to achieve full NICE guidance. As I understand it this would enable the process to move from the current conditional recommendation to a full recommendation with NICE for the MT-RNR1 ID kit. This would then accelerate buy-in of it by the NHS.

Anyway, if anyone also heard the mention by the CEO of a "special assent", or similar wording, "as Roche had done when I worked there", this could be significant re funding? Could be something, could be nothing? I took it to mean positive news would be forthcoming as he suggested it would be inbound soon, along with news from the USA? Thanks.

Yes, the tension is palpable. We should be hearing news on several fronts, including updates on:

1. Angra Global since it began onboarding customers from September 1st, 2023.

2. The wider roll-out of the GS20 Exchange.

3. The FCA Innovation Pathway regarding the progression of our GS Money Stablecoin

4. The successful integration of the EasySend acquisition

5. The Semnet deal

Yes, that is an interesting point about Sareum not being too late to the J&J psoriasis licencing or takeover deal party. Interestingly the company you refer to, Skin Bio Therapeutics, have issued an RNS today confirming that they are using their psoriasis expertise to also now target the $9.4billion acne market. i.e. there is scope for Sareum to diversify in to additional areas such as this to widen the commercial opportunity of Sareum's own psoriasis research . It looks to be a massive market with up to 85% of people suffering from acne at some point in their life.

Yes and in the 7th February £4.7million fund raise the company made it abundantly clear that helium was flowing to the surface in "such significant concentrations" that this "has confirmed a globally unique helium producing province". You really cannot be more clear than that. i.e. This looks massive and remember ours is pure helium without hydrocarbons.

Regarding the monetisation of HE1's Itumbula well it's also worth adding that "Commercial" normally equates to helium concentrations of anywhere between 0.04- and 0.35%. HE1 is reporting helium concentrations up to 4.7% at the Itumbula West-1 well. This is why HE1 is "potentially a world-class helium source". Bring on that JV announcement.

30p a share is my initial target for HE1 (x 12 from our current share price). That is very doable on the basis that NCYT achieved a £1 Billion+ Mcap at 1200p. It gained x 100 from 12p. My calculations equate to 30p a share - if the same NCYT gain happened here with HE1 - from 0.3p (actual) in January 2024 to 30p (hypothetical) this year.

NCYT's gain was based on forward looking earnings and expectation. The same can be said of HE1. You could also look at GGP's Mcap, which is currently £343 Million at 6.75p. We know that GGP also achieved a £1 Billion+ Mcap when it gained x 100 from 3p to 30p+ with its JV. In summary, 10p a share looks attainable soon and 30p and a £1 Billion Mcap for HE1 is very possible when you look at the NCYT and GGP Mcap share price stories. If NCYT can achieve a £1 Billion Mcap at 1200p a share then so can HE1 at 30p a share.

That would equate to 30p a share if the same happened here with HE1 from 0.3 (actual) in January 2024 to 30p (hypothetical) this year. The magnitude of a "Discovery RNS" cannot be overstated. GGP went from 3p to over 30p and RKH soared on their respective JV and discovery RNS'. Our Itumbula West-1 well has been described as a game changer for a reason. Once we hear officially via a stock market RNS announcement that it is a "Discovery" the re-rate will really begin in earnest. In the short term a Term Sheet or JV announcement for an earn-in and joint venture agreement with a major helium business will also see the share price rocket. There are 3 value inflection points coming up: 1. Discovery RNS. 2. In talks with a major helium player RNS. 3 Confirmation of a JV. i.e. 1,2 or 3 will see the share price sail past 10p.

Yes, Wyndrum and Orslega, your 50p a share is not not as fanciful as you first thought. I've been saying 30p a share for weeks now as that equates to a £1Billion approx takeover deal. That would be very cheap for a company such as Exxon ($412 Billion Mcap) or Air Liquide (105 Billion Mcap). i.e. The major helium players such as Exxon, Air Liquide etc will be fully up to speed on HE1's discovery and that, as per the most recent RNS, helium is flowing to the surface in "such significant concentrations", that this "has confirmed a globally unique helium producing province". HE1 is big news in our industry and there won't be many CEO's in this space unaware of the helium levels that have been found Itumbula.

Lorna Blaisse was also pretty clear that the clock is ticking down to the next RNS regarding the evaluation of the well results at Itumbula West-1. The previous time frame for the Tai-3 well was 7th November - 20th November. If that time frame is replicated for Itumbula we should be hearing pretty soon on how they plan to advance the Itumbula West-1 well, as per her comments on the video interview. These are exciting times for HE1 shareholders.

Yes, good post LOTM. Let's get to 10p a share first but your 20 MMCFGD / net annual cashflow of over $100M would equate to a business with a "huge" Mcap. HE1 is, I agree, certainly a $Billion business in the making here. Will it be a takeover target long before that though? That is the question. Shorter term it is much more likely that we are looking at a MOU / JV with a major player. That's the next value inflection point, which should see HE1 at 10p+ a share.

Butterfly & Brighty, it's also very good news that Christian Eidem, the guy that actually acquired the 29.3 per cent stake in DGI, looks to be on speed dial with Elon Musk. Not only was Mr Eidem an advisor to Mr Musk (as EM built up the Tesla business) but did you know that he was infact also a classmate of Mr Musk? i.e. They go back many many years. That famous saying of "It's not what you know, it's who you know" is apt!

Yes, you are 100% right. Patience is certainly THE name of the game. In summary, the reality is that it took 4 months for ARB to go from 10p to over 300p i.e. October to February for that mega x 100. It took many months for NCYT to rise by its whopping x 100. You can often get a small bag in a few weeks - we've had one here already with HE1 - but for a "Mega Multi-Bag" (e.g. a x 25 or a x50 or a x100) you need to dig in for several months and not a few days or even weeks. If you are invested in HE1 you need to be thinking months to replicate a NCYT, SNG, ARB, BOTB, GGP, EUA, SAR, RKH, VCP, ESG etc. The recent confirmation of 4.7% helium was a major sign that things are looking very very encouraging at HE1's Itumbula west-1 well and that a "Mega Multi-Bag" is on its way. It's also an opportune time for people to ensure that the future mega HE1 gains are in their Sipp or ISA tax wrappers too!

The facts are that a helium flow up to 4.7% has been detected which is nearly 9,000 times above background levels. The 2.2% hydrogen flow is over 37,000 times above background levels. Plus don't forget that 10.4% reference back in November. After today's video interview it is likely that the next RNS could propel HE1 in to the "Mega Multi-Bag Club".
