Timing is interesting. There must be retained profits in order to pay a dividend. Our latest financial statements show Accumulated Losses of 30.2m! So the company could not pay a dividend until it had cleared that deficit which, of course, we hope it will do if it achieves a huge asset sale, which now seems to be the likely outcome of any negotiations.

It could apply to the Court to net its losses against its Share Premium Account but that would take time and can be dismissed.

Conclusion. IMO BOD is letting us know what (minimum) percentage shareholders will get when/if the asset sale occurs. Why else would they do it NOW when it would otherwise take years to clear its Accumulated Losses. It's a coded message.

It certainly is impressive. So the re-positioning is very interesting and is gathering pace. If it wasn't for the sale process in the background I'm sure the market would be getting very excited at what the company has done and is continuing to do.

Thanks Specky, I was wondering when I would hear from HL. I assumed when we do get them that only the number of shares will show until Ricca gets a listing, so no value to be shown.

I was amazed to see this especially as the SP hadn't moved that much but looks very very interesting and should push the SP nicely above 400 this morning. Great to be involved in something like this.

Got to feel for the advisers, as every few weeks just as they have their calculations honed to perfection as to the value of the company/assets, BOD screw it all up again for them by releasing another RNS with great news and they have to sharpen their pencils and re-calculate the values all over again!

How great is that!

Wiggly, that could be a possibility. With so few "Big" audit firms now, it happens all the time but I see where you're going on this.

KPMG have been auditor since 2010 so for 11 years, which is a long time to be the auditor of a public company. When I was an auditor we had internal reviews after 5 years, and then annually, to ensure that we were got getting too close to the company's BOD as we had to demonstrate our independence and prove our objectivity. I think for main listing companies an auditor has to resign every 5 years but would need to check on that as I'm out of the loop now.

On resigning an auditor has to inform shareholders if there are any reasons to do with their resignation that they need to be aware of. KPMG said there was nothing.

So, I'm pretty sure it's simply routine plus a chance to save some money as auditors would be pretty keen to step into KPMG's shoes here.

BigYellow, if the vaccines worked we wouldn't be in the mess we are now in. We were all told at the outset that the jabs were perfectly safe and effective, that the elderly and those with underlying health issues would be jabbed and we would have our freedom. Nobody mentioned boosters, nobody mentioned variants, The facts are that the jabs were experimental, sanctioned for Emergency Use, are in a Phase 3 Trial (with us as guinea pigs), with the trials not ending until 2023. Thousands have died as a result of being jabbed and many more have suffered long lasting and debilitating side effects - all of those are facts. I wouldn't regard that as a success, especially as the jabs swill go on killing people as their immune systems break down.

Sadly the divide in this country will continues to worsen. Hopefully, a mild Omicron will become dominant and we'll all catch. most will survive and it will be over.

Thanks Hobknob. Yes I understand that. I sensed that Frosty was talking about individual contracts rather than an accumulation of them. We know there are a number of reasons why the SP has stalled of late and it's the delay in announcing new wins that is one of those main reasons.

I think you must be mistaken Frosty. There have been no £20m+ contracts recently and, if there were, there is no way the SP would have dropped.
