This has become the saddest BB. I have until today held my 500k shares in this company but can no longer tolerate the total lack of respect from the company management towards its shareholders. I have unashamedly sold half my holding and topped up in RBD. RBD a company that never does a placing at a price lower than the previous and that following a significant discovery at West Newton is, with some urgency, rushing through a revised CPR.
AAOG has so far lowered the price each time of a placing and decided a CPR is irrelevant.
I truly believe that AAOG have a significant asset but the management and particularly DS are not up to the job. There are so many posters on this BB who are blinded by the fact they have far too much invested in this stock and will not listen to anything other than meaningless drivel about Irish weather or patios or tennis court building. You guys should be asking the company to explain why the SP has fallen from 17p to 4p over the last few months and stop accusing trolls for this result. If you think it's trolls that have caused this then your constant repetitive ramps just ain't working.
It truly is a disgrace and a shame but a companies BOD who get paid a significant amount should never sit back and allow such a situation to develop and no matter how loyal investors are they really should be now asking some serious questions to this company

There must be one big sell in the background supplying the stock. Need to clear that then off we go.

Not sure Mike needed to host that CC. If anything i got the feeling things were drifting yet again.

Only trouble is the price just keeps going down and down. Why on earth does the company not do something to support the price, just one snippet of news to stop this constant drip, drip. We now need over 250% rise in SP just to reach double figures.
It's no good blaming trolls, its the company that at fault!!

They can't buy in if they have price sensitive info to be released within next 30 days. It's the only excuse they have so lets hope they blow the Bl**dy doors off with a blockbuster RNS soon.!!!

The thing is you need to hold the shares to qualify for the OO and the warrants. if they announce you can only apply for a % of your current holding then selling now is going to restrict your entitlement.

Early flood of sells this morning which is a tad strange.

Not sure how to truly interpret this update, is it good or average at this stage as the interval with gas shows don't look that big. I think I could do with a more knowledgeable person to translte into a dummies guide to what it actually means.

Looks like they are asking for permission to raise £5m via a rights issue to existing holders.

No point selling now as you need the shares to qualify for OO shares. So the more cheaper OO shares you want the more you need to buy now.

Fair enough i will refrain from expressing my views until there is something positive to comment about.

Sardypaul - i have plenty to be negative about, the SP was at 17p before DS agreed a fund raise @ 10p. We now have another one at 5.2p. I just can't see how they manage to spend so much money and achieve so little.
I will be more than happy if 103C ST works out but if something can go wrong it generally does with this company.

It's amazing if anyone posts anything other than positive on this board you are labelled a troll and yet the SP manages to drop all on it's own. Are the trolls so much better at their job than the rampers, or is it just that the company has caused this with the shambles of events over the past few months.

Without all the true facts thats an impossible question to answer. With what is in public domain i think it was the wrong choice as if they had stuck to the mengo plan then we would have been producing decent numbers of BOPD for months now which would have funded 104 and the need for the latest dilution would not have been necessary.

Tiburn - as long as they do happen. We have rather been told of plans before for them only to disappear and be forgotten. Not a good track record to inspire confidence and unlike others radio silence doesn't make me think that all is progressing as it should in the background.
