Not sure whats going on both the bid and ask have dropped despite mostly buys, it can only be a fairly large sell order waiting to be dealt.

There must be a sell order in the background as past 2 days there have been more buys than sell (albeit low volume) but the bid continues to drop.

My suspicion is that its the refineries holding things up. MSC have hinted they want MSAR available straight after successful trial but to do that we need enough refineries onboard world wide. That would explain why both Cargil and MSC want this resolved but are waiting for confirmation of supply.

Mathew was bought in to deal with this issue so lets hope he is well on top of this and its full steam ahead soon.

Remember the uproar when the last placing was priced @ 3p having peaked at 8p just beforehand. I couldn't get any in that placing as my broker wasn't taking part but was well chuffed to buy on the open market @ 3.2p just after.

Can't help but feel a right chump now, every passing day is torture, come on Peter and team there must be something positive to report.

The problem with comms is that if they issue a trading update saying nothing much has happened and we have no idea when it will (outside companies control) the SP will take an even bigger, quicker kicking.

Due to the world cup and time difference between the USA / Mexico / Canada with Europe MSC has granted its legal department the next 6 weeks off work rather than they make mistakes due to fatigue.

O yeah very comical, makes me LOL every downtick we get.

I do imagine a positive RNS dropping and the SP taking off but then wake up and realise it was just a dream.

Clearly Peter has totally miscalculated just how far away we were from the required elements of negotiations and any deal. Was it his fault, maybe, or was he sold the same BS from Andy and Jason. I still believe he is the man to do it and obviously, like most of us, wish he could speed things along but I fear with world events, namely the Trump effect it's going to take longer.

I am, however, slightly baffled by the lack of any notifiable news from any other of the projects surely some progress somewhere is worth a mention to keep us all sane.

Blimey, I wish Peter had joined us 10 years ago as we may just have got the trial finished by now and i would be 10 years younger to enjoy the fruits of my investment.

I thought TR1 had to be notified within 3 days of crossing thresholds. Seems odd it happened nearly a month ago.

However those jobs would not be the legal departments responsibility but logistics!!
