Tiptop I'm afraid I see no evidence of 103C being re-entered soon, no rig booked. Earliest is Q1 2020 IMHO. Agreed funding in place provided 103CST comes in which although high COS is not a given and i still question whether there are enough funds to complete this sidetrack with the ISA monies falling well short.

Washers when you start with 19.99% as a known sell then its always going to be tough going as they are of course not the only sellers other frustrated, bored or just plain disillusioned holders are also selling. For the SP to make positive progress nearly all other trades apart from the ISA need to be buys which they are clearly not.

What a mess this all is. The ISA is like a huge ball and chain wrapped around the companies legs. Any good news is just going to trigger more selling from the ISA as was so clearly demonstrated with the news of the RBL. SP shot up 35% (3.8p) to be simply pegged back with the ISA selling.
The SP is so low monies from these sales isn't going to cover the costs which will be incurred getting 103cst into production and on top of that it appears our partners have paused their payments again.
It's October 29th and no licence news, now I know there are still 2 more days to go but in all probability JB has already had his October meeting and issues clearly still exist.

I would suggest that Pru sold down a few % @ anywhere between 1 - 1.3p knowing the placing was coming and have used proceeds to add during book build @ 0.9p.
Once GM approves placing then i think we will see more TR1 showing this (maybe in M&G name)
