What a disgrace and by not issuing details of the finance theres even more uncertainty as the providers do have a bit of a reputation. The whole thing reads like a defence statement and I'm afraid the jury will find them guilty.
Get the production plan out there and book the rig we really need to see some POSITIVE progress.

They want to raise £8mill more to do a 30 day side track having spent a fortune via 2 placings to get this far. I do hope when we get the plan it includes a 104 well for that money. It would be madness paying for mob and demob costs to just do one side track, but nothing would surprise me. It's also a bit of a risk this sidetrack as the leaking cement plug is going to need to be sorted first.

You can't assume 5000 BOPD as top side can only cope with 2000 - 25000 BOPD. Also all reports have been done in current account period so costs will show up in next set of accounts. Theres also the small matter of dispute with rig company over payments, how much do we still owe them?

Cheaper than a complete redrill yes but we have already paid well over 10mill on this well and exhausted funds raised. Also mob costs to get in a new rig and it would be madness not to go on and do 104 whilst rig on site. So thats the problem, although nice to hopefully get 103C producing from Djeno we are going to need minimum 10mill probably nearer 15 mill to do 103C and 104 with all mob, demob associated costs.
Now thats one hell of a dilution at this pathetic SP or a JV which any potential partner will demand higher % as our SP continues to fall. Would not surprise me at all if this is why the SP is being forced down and DS seems oblivious to it. Remember the short selling from the toxic loan, it happens and AAOG seem to attract the unscrupulous.
